5. Montage des Funkempfängers
Die Schaltuhr ist für die Verwendung mit einem Funkempfänger (DCF / GPS) vorbereitet.
Der Funkempfänger ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

2. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Gerät kann in folgenden Anwendungen eingesetzt werden:
Beleuchtung im privaten und gewerblichen Bereich, Straßen- und
Schaufensterbeleuchtung, Steuerung von Lüftungen, Anlagen und
Anwesenheitssimulation etc.
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Einsatz in trockenen Räumen geeignet.
Das Gerät ist nicht geeignet für sicherheitsrelevante Aufgaben wie
z.B. Fluchttüren, Brandschutzeinrichtungen etc.
6. Erstinbetriebnahme
Die Schaltuhr wird im Power-Fail-Modus ausgeliefert. Das Display ist aus.
Drücken Sie die s / t -Taste. Die Displayanzeige erscheint.
Stellen Sie die gewünschte Sprache mit den r q -Tasten ein und
bestätigen Sie mit s . (Hinweis: Mit der t -Taste können Sie jederzeit
einen Schritt zurück).
Die Schaltuhr ist mit dem aktuellen Datum, der Uhrzeit und der
europäischen Sommerzeitregel voreingestellt.
Datum, Uhrzeit und Sommerregel falls nötig mit den r q -Tasten
einstellen und jeweils mit s bestätigen.

10. Bedienhinweise
Gangreserve (ohne Netz): Taste s für 1 Sek. drücken. Das Display schaltet ein.
Mit der t -Taste gelangen Sie in der Programmierung immer einen Schritt /
eine Ebene zurück.
Am Schluss einer kompletten Eingabe erscheint ENDE. Bestätigen Sie ENDE
mit s, wechseln Sie zum Automatik-Modus zurück.
Am Schluss mancher Eingaben können Sie mit den r q -Tasten zwischen
ENDE oder WEITER wählen. Bestätigen Sie WeiTer mit s , werden
die Daten übernommen und Sie wechseln zum Anfang der Eingabe zurück.

Die Funktion als Jahresuhr wird über Sonder(Wochen)programme realisiert. Sie haben die Möglichkeit bis zu
zehn Sonderprogramme einzugeben (Sp 01 sp10).
Erst nach Aktivierung (SP Aktivierung siehe Punkt 15) wird ein Sonderprogramm ausgeführt.

Einige Regeln für die Programmierung der Sonderprogramme
Sie müssen bei der Eingabe eines Sonderprogramme die Programm-Nummer festlegen.
(SP 01 – SP 10)
Je Sonderprogramm können, innerhalb der Speicherkapazität, beliebig viele Schaltzeiten programmiert
werden: (SP Ein, SP Aus, SP Zyklus, SP Impuls)
Die Festlegung des Start-/Endzeitpunkts (Datum und Uhrzeit) erfolgt bei Aktivierung des Sonderprogramms
(Punkt 15).
Jedes Sonderprogramm kann, innerhalb der Speicherkapazität, beliebig oft aktiviert werden (Punkt 15).

Bei Aktivierung eines Sonderprogramms werden ausschließlich die Schaltzeiten des Sonderprogramms
ausgeführt. Das Standardprogramm ist während diesem Zeitraum außer Funktion.
Sonderprogramme werden entsprechend Ihrer Priorität ausgeführt (Punkt 23).
Erst nach Aktivierung der Sonderprogramme werden diese ausgeführt. Nach dem Sie festgelegt haben
welches Sonderprogramm (SP 01 – SP 10) zu welchem Start-/Endzeitpunkt (Datum und Uhrzeit) aktiviert
werden soll, stehen Ihnen folgende weitere Optionen zur Verfügung:
FUNKTION STANDARD: Schaltprogramm läuft jährlich fix nach eingestelltem Datum und Uhrzeit ab
Funktion Ostern: Schaltprogramm berücksichtigt die jährliche Verschiebung von Ostern und
korrigiert das Datum in den Folgejahren entsprechend. (Abhängig vom Osterdatum werden fast alle
christlichen Feiertage wie Aschermittwoch, Christi Himmelfahrt oder Pfingsten berechnet)
Funktion mit Jahr: Sonderprogramm wird einmalig nach Datum mit Jahresangabe und Uhrzeit
ausgeführt (“Jahrhundertfunktion“ - benötigt 2 Speicherplätze)

Die Zyklus-Funktion bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit eine periodische Schaltzeit zu programmieren. Die Uhr fungiert dabei als Taktgeber und
taktet zwischen Einschaltimpuls und Impulspause. Die max. Impulsdauer bzw. Impulspause beträgt 9:59:59 h:mm:ss.
Sofern Sie noch keinen Zyklus definiert und aktiviert haben, wird Ihnen die Zyklusfunktion NICHT als Schaltzeit angeboten. Erst wenn
Sie einen der 4 möglichen Zyklen im Menü Optionen unter dem Optionspunkt Zyklus (Punkt 17) aktivieren und definieren, können

der programmierten Impuls-Dauer (Impuls bis zu 59:59 mm:ss) wieder aus.
Wählen Sie die Impuls-Funktion.
Legen Sie die Einschaltzeit fest (Zeit Stunde / Zeit Minute).
Legen Sie die Wochentage Ihrer Impuls-Schaltzeit fest.
Legen Sie die Einschaltdauer fest (Impuls Minute / Impuls Sekunde).

Sie haben die Möglichkeit die Funktionalität der einzelnen Kanäle festzulegen. Haben Sie dem Kanal eine der Funktionen zugeordnet, können Sie diese definierte Funktion mittels eines
Signals am externen Eingang (Schalter oder Taster, sofern aktiviert) auslösen. Für jeden Kanal können Sie eine der folgenden Funktionen festlegen:
Schalter
Perm Ein: Durch ein externes Eingangssignal (Schalter) schaltet die Uhr permanent EIN. Dieser Schaltzustand wird durch Betätigen des Schalters gestartet und beendet.
Perm Aus: Durch ein externes Eingangssignal (Schalter) schaltet die Uhr permanent AUS. Dieser Schaltzustand wird durch Betätigen des Schalters gestartet und beendet.
Sp-AkTivierung: Durch ein externes Eingangssignal (Schalter) schaltet die Uhr gemäß dem hinterlegten Sonderprogramm EIN / AUS (nur bei Jahresuhren).
Diese Einstellung verfügt über eine Rückschau, d.h. wird das externe Eingangssignal deaktiviert, wird das gespeicherte Standardschaltprogramm aktiv.

OK
Wechsel-FunkTion: Durch ein externes Eingangssignal wird der Schaltzustand des verknüpften Kanals gewechselt (ON -> OFF bzw. OFF -> ON). Dies entspricht einer manuellen,
gewöhnlichen Schaltungsvorwegnahme.
Timer-FunkTion: Durch ein externes Eingangssignal schaltet der entsprechende Kanal EIN und der Timer startet. Nach Ablauf der Timer-Zeit schaltet der Kanal wieder AUS. Ein
erneuter Tastendruck, während der Timer aktiv ist, schaltet ebenfalls AUS.
TreppenlichT: Durch ein externes Eingangssignal schaltet der entsprechende Kanal EIN und der Timer startet. Nach Ablauf der Timer-Zeit schaltet der Kanal wieder AUS.
Erhält der Kanal während dem Ablauf der Timerzeit erneut ein Signal reagiert die Uhr wie folgt:
ABSCHALTBAR: Externes Eingangssignal (Taster) = Timer wird ausgeschaltet
NACHSCHALTBAR: Externes Eingangssignal (Taster) = Timer wird neu gestartet
Ausschaltvorwarnung:
Treppenlicht Nachschaltbar / Abschaltbar
Im Menü Optionen finden Sie den Unter-Menü-Punkt Ausschaltvorwarnung. Sie können folgende Einstellungen vornehmen:
Nein: Die Funktion Ausschaltvorwarnung bleibt inaktiv.
Ja: Die Funktion Ausschaltvorwarnung wird aktiviert. Bei aktivierter Ausschaltvorwarnung wird zweimalig
auf das Ausschalten hingewiesen (Bei Beleuchtungssteuerung erfolgt die Warnung durch
zweimaliges Blinken gemäß DIN 18015-2 = Warnung zur Vermeidung plötzlicher Dunkelheit).
17. Zyklus Optionen

Sie haben die Möglichkeit 4 verschiedene Zyklen zu definieren. Diese Zyklen können im Menü Optionen unter dem Punkt Zyklus
aktiviert, definiert bzw. deaktiviert werden (die max. Impulsdauer bzw. Impulspause beträgt jeweils 9:59:59 h:mm:ss):
Die Zyklusfunktion wird erst nach Aktivierung als Schaltzeit im Programmiermodus angeboten

Wählen Sie im Menü Optionen den Unterpunkt Zyklus aus und bestätigen Sie Ihre Eingabe mit s.
Wählen Sie mit den r q -Tasten einen der 4 definierbaren Zyklen (Zyklus 1 – 4) aus und bestätigen Sie Ihre Eingabe mit s.
Aktivieren Sie den Zyklus in dem Sie mit den r q-Tasten von Nein auf Ja wechseln und mit s bestätigen.
Legen Sie die Impulsdauer „Einzeit“ fest ( r q s...).
Legen Sie die Impulspause „PAUSE“ fest ( r q s...).
Bestätigen Sie Ende mit s.

Das Permanentprogramm (Ferienprogramm) ermöglicht Ihnen die Programmierung einer permanenten Einschaltung oder Ausschaltung
eines Kanals. Sie haben die Möglichkeit beliebig viele Permanentschaltungen, entsprechend der Speicherkapazität, je Kanal zu
programmieren. Nach dem Sie festgelegt haben zu welchem Start-/Endzeitpunkt (Datum und Uhrzeit) permanent ein- bzw.
ausgeschaltet werden soll, stehen Ihnen folgende weitere Optionen zur Verfügung (nur bei Jahresuhren):
FUNKTION STANDARD: Schaltprogramm läuft jährlich fix nach eingestelltem Datum und Uhrzeit ab
Funktion Ostern: Schaltprogramm berücksichtigt die jährliche Verschiebung von Ostern und korrigiert das Datum in den
Folgejahren entsprechend. (Abhängig vom Osterdatum werden fast alle christlichen Feiertage wie Aschermittwoch,
Christi Himmelfahrt oder Pfingsten berechnet)
Funktion mit Jahr: Permanentprogramm wird einmalig nach Datum mit Jahresangabe und Uhrzeit ausgeführt
(“Jahrhundertfunktion“ - benötigt 2 Speicherplätze)

externen Eingang angeschlossen ist und welche Ausgangs-Kanäle auf das externe Eingangssignal reagieren sollen:
Wählen Sie mit den r q-Tasten aus ob Sie einen Taster oder Schalter anschließen bzw. angeschlossen haben.

Legen Sie im nächsten Schritt fest, welcher Kanal bzw. welche Kanäle durch das externe Signal angesteuert werden.

23. Prioritäten der Schaltprogramme
Standardschaltzeiten, Sonderprogramme, Zusatzschaltzeiten und Permanentprogramme werden
entsprechend Ihrer Priorität ausgeführt (Nach Kanal und Datum). Mit Ausnahme von
Zusatzschaltzeiten setzen höher priorisierte Schaltzeiten und Schaltprogramme niedriger
priorisierte außer Funktion:

24. Astrofunktion
Einstellungen Astro-Daten Kanal A/B/C/D ...
Die Astro-Funktion bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit die Schaltzeiten entsprechend dem ortsbezogenen Sonnenuntergang (AsTro-EIN) bzw. Sonnenaufgang (AsTro-AUS)
zu programmieren. Bei Programmierung einer Astro-Schaltzeit wird Ihnen keine Uhrzeitangabe angeboten. Stattdessen haben Sie die Möglichkeit eine
Verschiebung zu programmieren. Zusätzlich kann durch die Schaltzeiten NachT-AUS und NachT-EIN ein zusätzlicher Zeitraum, zur Aus- bzw. Einschaltung der
Zeitschaltuhr definiert werden.
Unter dem Menüpunkt EinsTellungen haben Sie die Möglichkeit die Astro-Funktion für die verschiedenen
Kanäle zu aktivieren. Nach der Aktivierung haben Sie zwei Optionen:
AsTro vorprogrammierT JA: Es wird pro Wochentag eine Astro-EIN und eine Astro-AUS
Schaltzeit mit Offset 00 angelegt.
AsTro vorprogrammierT NEIN: Die Astro-Funktion steht nun bei der Programmierung eines
neuen Schaltprogrammes für den ausgewählten Kanal zur Verfügung.
Wird die Astro-Funktion aktiviert, werden vorhandene Schaltzeiten für den ausgewählten Kanal gelöscht.

5. Installation of the radio receiver
The time switch is prepared for use with a radio receiver
(DCF/GPS) prepared.
The radio receiver is not included.

2. Intended use
The device can be used in following applications: Illumination of private and
industrial areas, street and shop-window lightening, regulation of air
conditioning, flushing, motors, pumps, plants and machinery as well as to
simulate presence etc.
Operate the device in a dry room only.
The device is not qualified for security relevant tasks such as emergency
doors, fire protection equipment
6. Initial operation
The time switch is delivered in sleep-mode, the display is switched off.
Press s / t button to wake it up.
Select the desired language by pressing r q-buttons and confirm it by
pressing s . (Remark: By pressing t you move one step backwards
rom the current position).
The current date and time is already programmed and European
daylight savings time is activated.
If required, date, time and daylight savings time mode can be adjusted
also by pressing r q -buttons and a subsequent confirmation with s.

10. Handling advice
The time switch is programmable without external power supply after pressing
the s-button.
To revert one step or one level back while in the Enter-Mode press t.
After completion of a (sub-) menu confirming END with s will return the device
into the automatic-mode.
With r q the choice changes from END to ConTinue. By confirming
ConTinue mit s the time switch returns s to the beginning of the current
(sub-) menu.

If you want to program a standard weekly switching time (ON / OFF) confirm Standard with s.
For regular switching times choose ON or OFF with r q -buttons and confirm with s.
Within this level you activate the days of the week (1…7) on which the switching time should happen. With r q -buttons you
activate yes or deactivate No the corresponding date. Confirm each date with s.

The yearly function of the switch is realised by special (weekly) programs which can be called up by date. Up to
10 special (weekly) programs can be entered (sP 01 SP10).

Some rules for the programming of Special programs
Define the program number in which the new step will be an element before a new switching step is entered.
(SP 01 – SP 10)
The number of switching times which can be programmed in each special program is only limited by the total
number of free memory locations: (SP on, SP off, SP cycle, SP pulse)
The dates/times of the year during which the special program should be applied can be entered within the
activation menu (point 15).
Each special program can be activated as often as there are memory locations are available (point 15).
During the activation dates of special programs only switching steps of the special program with highest priority

will be executed. Remaining special and standard programs are disabled.
Please note the priorities of the different switching programs (point 23).
A special program will only be executed if it is activated. You can choose the special program
(SP 01 – SP 10), the start/end time (date and time) for activation and additionally following options:

16. Cycle
Standard weekly program:

For the cycle function it is possibile to enter a periodic switching time. The time switch acts as a recycling timer and
switches between pulse (ON) and pause (OFF). The max. value for pulse and pause is 9:59:59 h:mm:ss.
If you haven’t defined and activated a cycle, the cycle function will not be available as switching time. Therefore you

have to activate and define at least one of the four cycles within menu Options and sub-menu CyCLE (point 17).
The cycle switching time will be terminated by another switching time (on, off, pulse) or by another cycle switching time.

The pulse function provides you the opportunity of programming a switching time with a defined duration. As soon as the pulse-duration
has expired the time switch switches OFF automatically (the duration of the pulse is up to 59:59 mm:ss).
Choose pulse-Function.
Define the on time (Time hour / time Minute).
Define the days of the week for your pulse switching time.
Define the duty cycle (Pulse Minute / pulse Second).

These programming steps are single switching times by date. Extra switching times do not disable switching programs with lower priority.
Adjust the switching function (ES on, eS off, eS cyklc, eS pulse) and the start/end time (date and time). The following options are
additionally available for the Extra switching time (within yearly time switches):

The cycle is now offered within the programming menu.

The permanent by date program (holiday program) is a permanently on or off status of the channel for the programmed dates. The
number of switching times is only limited by the total number of free memory locations. Adjust channel, switching function and the
start/end time (date and time). The following options are additionally available for the permanent by date program (within yearly
time switches):

Within menu Options and sub-menu Input you have to define if a switch or a push-button-signal will be applied to the external input.
Furthermore you can choose the channel(s) which react to the external signal:
Using the r q-buttons to select if you are connecting a pushbutton or a switch and confirm by pressing s.
Select the channel(s) which will be controlled by the external signal with the r q-buttons (channel … yes) and confirm by pressing
s. Channels which should not be controlles by the external signal remain deyctivated (channel … No). Then press s to confirm.

You have the option of specifying the functionality of the individual channels. If you have assigned one of the functions to the channel, you can use a trigger signal at the external input (switch or
pushbutton, if activated). You can define one of the following functions for each channel:
Switch
Perm on: An external Input (switch) switches the time switch permanently oN. This switching state is started and ended by pressing the switch.
Perm off: An external Input (switch) switches the time switch permanently OFF. This switching state is started and ended by pressing the switch.
Sp-AcTivaTion: An external Input (switch) switches the time switch according to the special program ON / OFF.
This setting has a review, i.e. if the external input signal is deactivated, the saved standard switching program becomes active.

Pushbutton
Change-funcTion: The switching state of the linked channel is changed by an external input signal (ON -> OFF or OFF -> ON). This corresponds to a manual over-ride.
Timer-FuncTion: The corresponding channel is switched ON by an external input signal and the timer starts. After the timer time has expired, the channel switches OFF. Another press
of the pushbutton, when the timer is active, also switches OFF.
sTaircase lighTing: The corresponding channel is switched ON by an external input signal and the timer starts. After the timer time has expired, the channel switches OFF.
If the channel receives another signal, while the timer is active, the time switch reacts as follows:
reseTTable: External input signal (pushbutton) = Timer is switched off
swiTched off: External input signal (pushbutton) = Timer is restarted
Switchoff warning:
In the menu Options you will find the sub-menu Advance Warning. You can make the following settings:
No: The function remains inactive.
Yes: The function is activated and the switch off is signalled in advance (For illumination purposes the
warning is signalled by the flashing of the light according DIN 18015-2 = warning to avoid sudden darkness).
23. Priorities of the switching programs
Standard switching times, Special programs, Extra switching times and Permanent by date are
executed according to their corresponding priority (by channel and date).
All switching programs except Extra switching times, suspend all other switching programs with
lower priority:

24. Astro function
AdjusTmenTs Astro-Data channel A/B/C/D ...
The astro function allows you to switch the whole year through in relation to sunset and sunrise, e.g. for illumination purposes (AsTro-On with sunset and AsTro-off)
with sunrise). While programming an astro programm step there will be no daytime (hh:ss) suggested. Instead of this you have to enter an offset.
Additionally, with NIghT-Off and NIghT-On can be defined a period for switching the time switch OFF / ON.

Within the menu sETTINGs you have the option to use the astro function for the different channels.
After activation you have the two options:
AsTro preprogrammed YES: There will be created an Astro-ON and an Astro-OFF switching time
with offset 00 for all weekdays.
AsTro preprogrammed NO: The astro function is now available when programming a new
switching program for the selected channel.
If the astro function is activated, existing switching times for the selected channel are deleted.
