Layout Guide :
1. Damping resistors should place as close as possible to the AST2000.
MemVREF trace width must > 20 mil
2. DRAM Signal layout should minimize the vias in a trace.
3. All DQ/DM had better have the same via number, and all DQS had better have the same via number. All DQ/DM/DQS must have equal trace length, trace length < 50 mm and length difference < 5 mm.
4. All Trace Impedance 50 ~ 60 Ohm, trace width 4 mils ~ 6 mils, less is better.
5. And for reducing the wire crossing, the following groups of wire connection can be exchangeable:

Notice !!
Because AST2000 FLA_A0 is BYTE boundary, but Spansion Flash A0 is defined on WORD boundary, it has a A-1 pin for lowest bit address. So AST2000 A1 must connected to Spansion's A0, and so on.
But for Intel's Flash, A0 seens defined on BYTE boundary, so here needs to take very care when use other types flash.
