Important Safety and Handling Information
Excessive pressure on the LCD panel might cause damages and malfunctioning. Avoid strong impact and dropping the device Do not disassemble or open device. Basic Usage
Power On
Press and hold Power/Back button to turn on device.
Note
Memory is checked at time device is turned on. Booting time might change according to memory availability.
Power off
Press and hold Power/Back button to turn o device.
Forced Rebooting
Press Reset if device is not responding or malfunctioning to reboot it.
Note
Be aware that data can be permanently lost if not previously saved at time of forced reset.

Charging device
Connect provided USB cable to a computer to charge device Connect AC charger to USB already connected to the device to charge it Complete charging time might be 3~4 hours depending on battery status
Note
Before rst use, please recharge your digital player. Your computer must be turned on while connected to your player for charging. Do not overcharge your player, or it may shorten the battery’s life. The times of charge/discharge are no less than 300 cycles. The li-ion battery is a consumptive material, so recharging it periodically is needed even if the player is not being used.
CAUTION
1. Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
2. Do not disassemble, crush, short-circuit or incinerate your battery as it may cause re, injury, burns, or other hazards.

Connect to a computer and copy files
1 . Connect the PC USB port and the player USB port with the provided USB cable. 2 . Add les/folders to the USB storage‘s folder. Select ”USB Disk” or “MTP Device”,
. Open les/folders to transfer from your computer. . Open My Computer Removable Disk from the desktop. . Select the les/folders to transfer from your computer. Draw and put them into a folder of your
choice in the Removable Disk (you can also transfer les on your PC to the player using the "Copy" and "Paste" functions).
Remove the player from PC- please follow the steps in case of damaging the player or
data loss.
1. Click the left mouse button on the icon that is on the taskbar at the bottom right corner of the desktop.
2. Click the "Safely remove USB Mass storage Device. Drive (X:)" column.
3. Disconnect the player from your computer.
CAUTION:
Do not remove the player while les within the USB Mass Storage are being played on your computer. Do not disconnect the player from your computer or press Power/Back button while transferring les, or it will cause damage to the player or data loss.

How to connect your BT28 to a Bluetooth speaker
1 . On Bluetooth speaker
Select Pairing mode on Bluetooth speaker. ( Please use Speaker pairing mode explanation)
2. On your MPMAN BT28 Player
Go to Bluetooth menu and select Bluetooth ON. Connection is automatic to the speaker
Notice
1. This device does not have the ability to remember so for each connection pairing is needed.
2. It is recommended that other device’s Bluetooth function is turned o to not interfere when connecting Bluetooth speaker and device.
3. This device uses AD2P prole to transmit music. Make sure Bluetooth speaker supports this prole.
