Warranty
MotorVac® warrants the CarClean System™ machine to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of 1 Year, except the piezo ultrasonic
transducer, which is warranted for 90 days. MotorVac

Technologies, at its sole
discretion, will replace or repair any defective item within the Warranty period.

returned for inspection. If the item is to be returned for inspection, a Returned
Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping instructions will be provided.
All returns must be clearly marked with the RGA number provided. MotorVac

Technologies products can normally be serviced “in field” and will not require return.
A replacement part can be sent from the Factory for such repair. The warranty does
not cover the repair or exchange resulting from misuse, modification or improper
operation by allowing the machine to run dry.

Important Safety Information
NOTE: After every service, drain out any fluid and replace rubber caps.
Drain machine by tilting it forward, NEVER BACKWARDS! Certain Cabin Air Filters
need to be removed during operation, see “Identify the Vehicle’s Cabin Air Filter”.
NEVER fill machine from the exhaust vent. Only use recommended MotorVac
Ultrasonic MiST
™
Cleaning Solution designed for this machine to prevent any
damage or void warranty. Machine should be levelled during service.
NOTE: Use the positioning level on the machine. Allow proper ventilation when
operating a vehicle indoors.

By following the steps on the next few pages, you will have your CarClean System
machine up and started in no time.
Identify the Vehicle’s CabinAir Filter
REMOVE CABIN AIR FILTERS that are
operational during recirculation mode.
These lters are normally located inside
the vehicle’s passenger compartment.
(See Vehicle’s Owner Manual)

Before you begin, see the important safety information on page 1.
Remove cap from MotorVac
