devices)of the Motorola trademark,described in thespace that forsuchpurpose isestablished on thebackof thisGuarantee Policy, which, coversall of the parts, components,accessories and labor of Motorola Products,aswell asthe transportation coststhat derivefrom fulfilling this policy, within its service network.TheMotorola “Products” thatthis guarantee protects maybe:(a) cellularphones,(b) smart phones (pocketcomputerand cellularphone),(c) beepers, (d)two-way radios, (e) wirelessphones.Motorola, freeof charge for you, shall have the option to repairorreplace the“Products”,“Accessories” andcomponents thatpresentproblems andare covered by the Guarantee.Prior authorization expressedby the service requester, Motorola Comercial, S.A. de C.v.shalluse used, equally functioning, refurbished, repaired or second hand partsor spare partsto repairthe “Product.” Software updates shall not beprovided.
