Motorolafromdetermining whether such Products are covered under thetermsofthisLimited Warranty are excluded fromcoverage. The forgoing shall include but not be limited to (i)serial numbers, datetags or other manufacturercoding thathas been removed,altered or obliterated; (ii) mismatchedorduplicatedserial numbers; or (iii) broken seals or other evidenceof tampering.
