POWER
First thing’s first: give DECK a charge. Plug
the small end of the USB into the micro
USB port located on the side of DECK.
Then plug the large end into the included
AC adaptor and plug that into the wall outlet.
Your speaker needs power, so load it all
the way before you use it. It is fully charged
when the status light turns green.

Now let’s get DECK and your device talking
to each other.
There are two ways to pair it: the Bluetooth®
EASYPAIR™ Method and the NFC™ way.
EASYPAIR™ works for everybody. NFC™

STEP 1
Turn on Blue tooth® on
your device.
STEP 3
Go to the Bl uetooth® menu on
your dev ice and sel ect DECK.
Enter 0000 if prompted.
NOTE
Device p aired whi le in HEIS T MODE™ w ill only pa ir
for musi c play, if you w ish to als o use your d evice for
phone calls, please pair in Single User Mode.

Tap your NFC ena bled phon e to the top of DECK ; and like

SINGLE USER MODE
To activate Single User Mode, slide the
selector switch to .
Single User Mode lets you stream music from
your phone directly to DECK for unrivaled
sound quality. If you want to make or receive
a phone call, DECK seamlessly converts to
a fully functioning speakerphone.

Enjoy music with your friends.
HEIST MODE™ let’s you connect
mobile devices to DECK and have everyone
take turns playing their favorite mixes.

part y as long as yo ur DJ skills don’t r un out.
Other s can join in by simpl y hitting play o n their
device. You’ ll know who’s in charg e by the changing
color of the LED l ights on DECK.
Avoid get ting heisted by p ressing the button. To
unlock it, hit the button again.

HEIST MODE™ is all abou t music. Ph one call ing
feature s are not av ailabl e in this mod e.

connects to the speaker. The LED-illuminated
SOL REPU BLIC log o indicate s which dev ice is
currently playing.

as you do it w ithin minutes of tu rning on DECK.
To connect a new dev ice after five mi nutes have
passed, slide the selector switch to to put DECK
back into B luetooth® discover able mode for a nother
five minutes.
The SOL REPU BLIC logo ill uminates in di erent colors
as each de vice is paired to DECK .
To reconnect using previously connected devices,
just tur n them on. You’ll see the lo go flash when
connection is reestablished.
NOTE
If the dev ice list be comes full a fter you hav e
left t he part y, you may be requ ired to compl ete
the pairing process again.

LINE IN & DAISY CHAIN/LINE OUT
LINE IN
To connect DECK t o play music f rom a non- Bluetoo th® enabled
device using the included 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable. Bluetooth®
connec tivity i s disabled w hile an audi o cable is plu gged into
the “IN ” port.
DAISY CHAIN/ LINE OUT
Connect multiple DECKS together by inserting the supplied
audio c able into the L ine Out jac k on your DECK the n into the
Line In on another DECK. Connect as many together as you
want . Only dev ices connec ted to the r st DECK will p lay music .
You can also co nnect DECK t o an exter nal speake r or receiver
using the included 3.5mm to 3.5mm aud io cable. To mute D ECK
but sti ll allow aud io output , just pres s the + /– bu ttons.
BATTERY RE ADOUT
To see how much mu sic play- time is lef t on your spe aker, press
the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons.

Make sure your phone is on and the phone’s Bluetooth® feat ure
is turne d on. If the Bl uetooth® feature w as turne d off or wa s
turned on only temporarily, try restarting the Bluetooth® feature
and pai r your phone a nd speake r again .
