Problem
The issue was found in E380 NPI analysis. Customers complain No Ring Tone.
The cause is pogo pin sink down. The pogo pin is not able to spring out smoothly.
Solution
Supplier Acon had added a one by one pin pressing inspection process on Sep 23, 2003. Acon has change the design of Pogo pin connector to avoid pin sinking down on Nov 18, 2003.

Any E380 returns of No Ringer Tone should be check pogo pin connector (M5). If the pogo pin is not able to spring out smoothly, please replace a new one. Part Number: 0970312M01
