Dear Sir or Madam:
Motorola Inc., 1313 East Algonquin Road, Schaumburg, Illinois, herein submits application for Certification of equipment identified by FCC ID number ABZ99FT3082.
This transmitter is primarily intended for use in a mobile radio application with capabilities for conventional and 2 to 1 TDMA digital communications with a conducted transmit power which is adjustable from 25 Watts to 45 Watts nominal, 54 Watts Maximum. Please note that this radio will also be sold to NTIA customers.
There are two models using the same transmitter – one with a GPS receiver and one without.
The subject transmitter complies with CFR Title 47, Section 90.203, in that the operator cannot directly program the transmit frequencies using only the normally accessible extern controls of the unit.
