Local Computer Control
A Large Office configuration enables a cascade
connection of up to 31 Office Dock units (155
HDT 500 devices) to one RS-485 port in the host
computer. For connections, see figure below.

Remote Computer Control
A Small Office configuration enables a cascade
connection of up to 3 Office Dock units (15 HDT 500
devices) to the host computer. A Line Modem is used
for communication with remote located host
