MOTION PRO P/N 11-0056 4WD SWITCH RELOCATION KIT

Hardware required:

thumb throttle

Assemble the two plates together using the

thumb throttle 4x4 switch onto the

(one in place from step one), mount the switch

. Torque the

factory specification once the mastercylinder has been correctly

THIS KIT IS INTENDED FOR INSTALLATION BY A TRAINED TECHNICIAN

WHO IS FULLY FAMILIAR WITH THE ATV IN A PROPERLY EQUIPPED SHOP.

THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR USE WITH TWIST THROTTLE KITS. THESE KITS ARE
DESIGNED TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL THUMB THROTTLE WITH A TWIST THROTTLE.
THESE INSTRUCTIONS SHOW HOW TO RELOCATE THE 4WD SELECTOR SWITCH(S)
FROM THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT THUMB THROTTLE. REFER TO THE SEPARATE
THROTTLE AND THROTTLE KIT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON
INSTALLING THE TWIST THROTTLE AND CABLE.

Qty 2 (5 mm x 0.8 x 18L countersunk screw)
Qty 2 (6 mm x 1.0 x 30L hex bolt w/8mm HD)
Qty 2 (5 mm x 0.8 x 16L Philips HD screw)

All Models:

Remove the upper thumb throttle/4x4 switch housing assembly from the bottom

housing. Retain the original fasteners for reuse.
provided 5mm countersunk screws (Fig.1). Mount the upper
upper plate using the two 5 mm Philips head screws (Fig.2).

2. Mount the switch bracket to the brake mastercylinder by removing the original mount bolts.
Using the two longer 6mm bolts provided
