IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE INSTALLING
Warning: This kit must be installed by experienced mechanic following specications set
out in factory service manual. Improper installation could result in damage to your motor-
cycle, great bodily injury or death.
This kit will add 1" of length to the stock handlebars on the 2006-2012 Yamaha R6 and the 2002­2012 Yamaha R1, allowing you to retain the stock bar ends when installing a Motion Pro Revolver
throttle assembly onto the OEM handlebars.
2. Install the Revolver throttle kit, and grips (Fig 1)
3. Insert the new longer screw through the stock bar end weight, and then through the spacer, with the at side of the spacer towards the bar end, and the recessed end towards the handlebar. Apply a non permanent thread locking compound to the threads of the new bolt, and install the bar end and spacer assembly onto the handlebar. (Fig. 2)
4. Tighten the allen screw to 6 ft-lbs of torque. Do not overtighten!
5. Reposition the left grip and the throttle into the correct position near the bar end weight. Make sure that the throttle will snap back closed and is not contact­ing the bar end. (Fig. 3).
