Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

Beim Gebrauch von elektrischen Geräten sind zum eigenen Schutz vor Verletzungen und Stromschlägen folgende Hinweise unbedingt zu beachten:

Vor Gebrauch des Gerätes alle Anweisungen durchlesen!

· Nutzen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich zum Glätten von Haaren.

· Um Schädigungen des Haares zu vermeiden, stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine chemischen Substanzen mehr aus Dauerwellen oder Kolorierungen im Haar befinden.

· Gerät nur an Wechselspannung anschließen.

Beachten Sie die angegebene Nennspannung auf dem Typenschild.

· Vorsicht! Verbrennungsgefahr!

Die Heizplatten und das Gerät sind während und direkt nach Gebrauch heiß. Die heißen

Heizplatten niemals mit der Haut, Kopfhaut oder Augen in Berührung bringen!

· Halten Sie die Heizplatten stets außer Reichweite von hitzeempfindlichen Flächen.

· Ein ins Wasser gefallenes Elektrogerät auf keinen Fall berühren.

Sofort den Netzstecker ziehen.

· Sofort nach Gebrauch des Gerätes den Netzstecker ziehen.

· Vor der Gerätereinigung den Netzstecker ziehen.

· Das Gerät niemals mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Berührung bringen. Das Gerät sowohl im eingeschalteten als auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand von Badewannen, Duschen, Orten mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und von mit Wasser gefüllten Behältern fernhalten!

· Das Gerät nur in trockenen Räumen benutzen und aufbewahren.

· Das Gerät niemals berühren, wenn Hände oder Füße nass sind.

· Das Gerät niemals barfüßig gebrauchen.

· Bei einem Gerätedefekt sofort den Netzstecker ziehen.

· Das Gerät niemals mit einem beschädigten Netzkabel verwenden. Das Gerät nicht benutzen, wenn es nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenn es beschädigt ist, oder wenn es ins Wasser gefallen ist. In diesen Fällen das Gerät zur Inspektion und Reparatur an unser Service Center einsenden. Elektrogeräte dürfen nur durch elektrotechnisch ausgebildete Fachkräfte repariert werden.

· Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch von Personen (einschließlich Kindern) mit verringerten körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen bestimmt, es sei denn, sie werden beaufsichtigt oder erhielten eine Anweisung hinsichtlich des Gebrauches des Gerätes von einer Person, die für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlich ist. Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

Schutzeinrichtung (RCD) mit einem Bemessungsauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA in den Badezimmerstromkreis empfohlen. Ihr Elektriker hilft Ihnen gerne weiter.

· Unbrauchbare Geräte gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Landes entsorgen, in dem das Gerät erworben wurde.

· Für Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder Zuwiderhandlung gegen diese Anweisung wird nicht gehaftet.

· Das Gerät ist schutzisoliert und funkentstört. Es erfüllt die Anforderungen der EU-Richtlinie

Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit 2004/108/EG und die Niederspannungsrichtlinie 2006/95/ EG.

Beschichtung mit KERAMIK, TURMALIN und NANO-SILBER Technologie

Die beschichteten Heizplatten wirken antistatisch und haarschonend. Negative Ionen schließen die Schuppenschicht und bewirken eine glatte, seidige Haaroberfläche. Sie schließen die natür-

liche Feuchtigkeit der Haare ein und sorgen damit für ultimativen Glanz. Negative Ionen beseitigen auch die statische Aufladung der Haaroberfläche. Die Innovative Nano-Silber Technologie

sterilisiert Bakterien.

Betrieb

· Netzstecker in die Steckdose stecken.

· Mit dem Ein-/Ausschalter (B) das Gerät einschalten (Abb. 1). Dazu den Ein-/Ausschalter

gedrückt halten bis die Temperaturanzeige (D) rot blinkt.

· Gewünschte Betriebstemperatur mit dem Kippschalter (C) einstellen. Um die Temperatur

zu erhöhen, kurz den Kippschalter in Richtung der Temperatur, kurz den Kippschalter (C) in Richtung

Temperatur lässt sich von 130°C – 230°C in 20°C-Schritten einstellen.

· Das Gerät erreicht innerhalb kürzester Zeit die eingestellte Betriebstemperatur. Die rote LED

der Temperaturanzeige leuchtet.

· Nach Gebrauch Gerät mit dem Ein-/Ausschalter (B) ausschalten (Abb. 1). Dazu den Ein-/

Ausschalter gedrückt halten bis die Temperaturanzeige erlischt.

· Das Gerät schaltet sich zur Sicherheit automatisch nach 30 Minuten ab. Für den weiteren Betrieb muss das Gerät erneut eingeschaltet werden (Abb. 1).

· Netzstecker ziehen.

· Gerät abkühlen lassen.

Hinweise für ein erfolgreiches Styling

· Haare waschen, gut ausspülen und trocknen.

· Haare bürsten oder kämmen.

· Einzelne Haarsträhnen abteilen.

· Abgeteilte Haarsträhne zwischen den Heizplatten am Ansatz platzieren.

· Gerät einige Sekunden gedrückt halten und entlang der Strähne langsam vom Kopf weg ziehen.

Hinweis: Die Haarsträhne nicht länger als einige Sekunden im Gerät behalten, da dies sonst

zu einer Schädigung der Haare führen kann.

· Gerät öffnen und Haarsträhne heraus gleiten lassen.

· Vorgang wiederholen bis das gewünschte Ergebnis erreicht ist.

Reinigung und Pflege

· Vor dem Reinigen des Gerätes Netzstecker ziehen und abkühlen lassen.

· Das Gerät nicht in Wasser tauchen.

· Das Gerät nur mit einem weichen, eventuell leicht feuchten Tuch abwischen. Keine Lösungsund Scheuermittel verwenden!

Entsorgung EU-Länder

Das Gerät darf nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Im Rahmen der EU-Richtlinie

über die Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten wird das Gerät bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen bzw. Wertstoffhöfen kostenlos entgegengenommen. Die ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung dient dem Umweltschutz und verhindert mögliche schädliche Auswirkungen auf Mensch und Umwelt.

Entsorgung Nicht-EU-Länder

Das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer bitte umweltgerecht entsorgen.

Important safety information

For your own protection from injuries and electric shocks, the following information must be

observed when using electrical equipment:

Read all the instructions before using the appliance!

· Only use the appliance to straighten hair.

· In order to prevent damage to the hair, ensure that there are no chemical residues in the hair

after perming or colouring.

· Only connect the appliance to an AC mains power supply.

Note the rated voltage on the rating plate.

· Handle with care! Risk of burns! The heating plates and the appliance will be hot both during and directly after use. Never

allow the heating plates to come into contact with the skin, scalp or eyes!

· Always keep the heating plates away from heat-sensitive surfaces.

· Never touch electrical equipment that has fallen into water. Disconnect from the mains immediately.

· Always disconnect from the mains immediately after use.

· Disconnect from the mains before cleaning the appliance.

· Never allow the appliance to come into contact with water or other liquids. When switched either on or off, keep the appliance away from bathtubs, showers, areas of high humidity and

water-filled containers!

· Only use and store the appliance in dry rooms.

· Never use the appliance with wet hands or feet.

· Never use the appliance when barefoot.

· If the appliance is defective, disconnect from the mains immediately.

· Never use the appliance if the mains cable is damaged. Do not use the appliance if it is not working correctly, if it is damaged or if it has fallen into water. In these cases, send the appli-

ance to our Service Centre for inspection and repair. Only specialists properly trained in the handling of electrotechnical appliances may repair electrical equipment.

· This appliance is not suitable for use by people (including children) with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or who do not have the relevant experience or knowledge of using such

appliance, unless under the supervision of or after having received instruction in the use of the appliance by an individual who is responsible for their safety. Children should be super-

vised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

· Only use the appliance for the proper use as described in the operating instructions.

· When disconnecting the appliance from the mains, never pull on the mains cable or on the

appliance itself.

· Do not hold the appliance by the mains cable to carry it and do not use the cable as a

handle.

· Do not wind the mains cable around the hairdryer.

· Make sure that the mains cable is not twisted or kinked when stored.

· Never use the appliance where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is released.

· To prevent injury, never use the appliance if the heating elements are damaged.

· As additional safety measure, it is recommended that a tested residual current appliance (RCD) with a residual operating current of not more than 30 mA be installed in the bathroom circuit. Your electrician will be pleased to help you.

· Dispose of unusable appliance in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the appliance was purchased.

· We are not liable for damage caused as a result of improper use or failure to observe these operating instructions.

· The appliance is safety insulated and radio screened. It meets the requirements of EU Directive 2004/108/EC regarding electromagnetic compatibility and EC Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC.

Coating with CERAMIC, TOURMALINE and NANO SILVER technology

The coated heating plates have an antistatic effect and are gentle to the hair. Negative ions close the scale layer, creating a smooth, silky hair surface. and lock in the natural moisture of the hair, thereby creating the ultimate shine. Negative ions also remove the static charging of the hair surface. The innovative nano silver technology sterilises bacteria.

Operation

· Connect to the mains power supply.

· Using the on/off switch (B), switch on the appliance (Fig. 1). Press and hold the on/off switch until the temperature display (D) flashes red.

· Set desired operating temperature with the temperature toggle switch (C). To increase the temperature, move the toggle switch slightly, in the temperature, move the toggle switch (C) slightly, in the perature can be set between 130°C – 230°C in 20°C increments.

· The appliance reaches the set operating temperature within a very short time. The red temperature display LED comes on.

· After use, switch off the appliance with the on/off (B) switch (Fig. 1). Press and hold the on/ off switch until the temperature display goes out.

· For safety reasons, the appliance switches itself off automatically after 30 minutes. For continued use, the appliance will need to be switched on again (Fig. 1).

· Disconnect from the mains power supply.

· Allow the appliance to cool down.

Tips for successful styling

· Wash hair, rinse and dry well.

· Brush or comb hair.

· Section off individual strands of hair.

· At the hairline, place a section of hair between the heating plates.

· Keep the straightener pressed together for a few seconds and slowly pull it down the section of hair away from the head.

Note: Do not leave the sections of hair in the straightener for more than a few seconds, oth-

erwise this could damage the hair.

· Open the straightener and allow the section of hair to slip out.

· Repeat the procedure until the desired result has been achieved.

Cleaning and Care

· Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect from the mains and allow it to cool down.

· Do not immerse the appliance in water.

· Only wipe the appliance with a soft cloth, which may be dampened slightly. Do not use solvents or abrasives!

Disposal in EU countries

Do not dispose of the appliance with domestic refuse. As part of the EU Directive gov-

erning the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment, the appliance is accepted free of charge by local waste collection points or recycling centres. Correct disposal will ensure environmental protection and prevent any potentially harmful impacts on people and the environment.

Disposal in non-EU countries

Please dispose of the appliance at the end of its service life in an environmentally friendly manner.

· Ne branchez l’appareil que sur courant alternatif.

Respectez la tension nominale indiquée sur la plaque signalétique.

· Attention ! Attention : danger de brûlure.

Les plaques chauffantes et l’appareil sont chauds pendant et directement après utilisation.

Ne mettez jamais les plaques chauffantes en contact avec la peau, le cuir chevelu ou les yeux lorsqu’elles sont chaudes !

· Maintenez toujours les plaques chauffantes éloignées des surfaces sensibles à la chaleur.

· Ne touchez en aucun cas un appareil électrique tombé dans l’eau.

Débranchez immédiatement la prise secteur.

· Débranchez la prise secteur immédiatement après utilisation de l’appareil.

· Débranchez la prise avant de nettoyer l’appareil.

· Ne mettez jamais l’appareil en contact avec de l’eau ou tout autre liquide. Qu’il soit allumé ou éteint, tenez l’appareil éloigné de la baignoire, de la douche, des endroits très humides et des récipients remplis d’eau !

· Utilisez et rangez l’appareil uniquement dans des endroits secs.

· Ne touchez jamais l’appareil avec les mains ou les pieds mouillés.

· N’utilisez jamais l’appareil pieds nus.

· En cas de défectuosité de l’appareil, débranchez immédiatement la prise.

· N’utilisez jamais l’appareil si le câble est endommagé. N’utilisez pas l’appareil s’il ne fonctionne pas correctement, s’il est endommagé ou s’il est tombé dans l’eau. Dans ces cas, renvoyez l’appareil à notre SAV pour qu’il y soit inspecté et réparé. Les appareils électriques ne doivent être réparés que par des spécialistes ayant une formation en électrotechnique.

· Cet appareil n’est pas prévu pour une utilisation par des personnes (enfants compris) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont amoindries ou manquant d’expériences et de connaissances, sauf si elles sont surveillées ou ont reçu les instructions sur l’utilisation de l’appareil par une personne responsable de leur sécurité. Les enfants doivent être gardés sous surveillance pour éviter qu’ils ne jouent avec l’appareil.

Revêtement CERAMIQUE, TOURMALINE et technologie NANO-ARGENT

Grâce à leur revêtement, les plaques chauffantes sont antistatiques et protègent les cheveux.

Les ions négatifs referment la cuticule et permettent d’obtenir un cheveu lisse et soyeux. Ils permettent de retenir l’humidité naturelle du cheveu pour une brillance maximale. Les ions

négatifs neutralisent aussi la charge électrostatique de la surface du cheveu. La technologie nano-argent innovante stérilise les bactéries.

Fonctionnement

· Branchez la fiche dans la prise électrique.

· Mettez l’appareil en marche avec l’interrupteur marche/arrêt (B) (Fig. 1). Pour ce faire, maintenez enfoncé l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt jusqu’à ce que le voyant rouge de l’indicateur de

température (D) clignote.

· Paramétrez la température souhaitée par l’interrupteur à bascule (C). Pour augmenter la

température, appuyez brièvement sur l’interrupteur en direction température, appuyez brièvement sur l’interrupteur à bascule (C) en direction

(Fig. 2b). La température peut être paramétrée de 130°C à 230°C par blocs de 20°C.

· L’appareil atteint très rapidement la température adéquate. La LED de température rouge

s‘allume.

· Après utilisation, éteignez l’appareil avec l’interrupteur marche / arrêt (B) (Fig. 1). Pour ce

faire, maintenez enfoncé l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt jusqu’à ce que le témoin de température s’éteigne.

· Pour sa sécurité, l’appareil s’éteint automatiquement après une durée de fonctionnement

d’environ 30 minutes. Pour continuer à l’utiliser, remettez l’appareil en marche (Fig. 1).

· Retirez la prise secteur.

· Laissez refroidir l’appareil.

Conseils pour une mise en forme réussie

· Lavez les cheveux, rincez bien et séchez.

· Brossez ou peignez les cheveux.

· Séparez les cheveux en mèches.

· Placez les mèches une à une entre les plaques chauffantes en partant de la racine.

· Maintenez l’appareil fermé quelques secondes et faites glisser lentement le long de la mèche jusqu’à la pointe. Conseil : Ne laissez pas la mèche plus de quelques secondes dans l’appareil, ceci pouvant abîmer les cheveux.

· Ouvrez l’appareil et laissez la mèche de cheveux en glisser.

· Répétez le processus jusqu’à obtention du résultat recherché.

Nettoyage et entretien

· Avant de nettoyer l’appareil, débranchez la prise secteur et laissez-le refroidir.

· Ne plongez pas l’appareil dans l’eau.

· Essuyez l’appareil uniquement avec un chiffon doux, éventuellement légèrement humide. N’utilisez pas d’abrasifs ou de dissolvants !

Traitement des déchets des pays de l’UE

L’appareil ne doit pas être jeté avec les déchets ménagers. Dans le cadre de la direc-

tive UE relative au traitement d’appareils électriques et électroniques, l’appareil sera repris gratuitement dans les points de collecte ou déchetteries gérés par les collectivités locales. Le traitement conforme des déchets protège l’environnement et empêche les impacts possibles sur l’homme et l’environnement.

Traitement des déchets hors pays de l’UE

L’appareil en fin de vie doit être traité de façon à respecter l’environnement.

Importanti avvertenze di sicurezza

Si raccomanda di seguire attentamente le seguenti avvertenze durante l’uso di dispositivi elet-

Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio, leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni!

· Utilizzare l’apparecchio esclusivamente per stirare capelli.

· Per evitare danni al capello, accertarsi che nei capelli non siano presenti sostanze chimiche

utilizzate per permanenti o tinte.

· Collegare l’apparecchio solo a corrente alternata.

Osservare la tensione nominale indicata sulla targhetta.

· Attenzione! Pericolo di ustioni! Le piastre e l’apparecchio sono molto caldi durante l’uso e subito dopo. Mai portare le piastre

calde a contatto con la pelle, il cuoio capelluto o gli occhi!

· Tenere sempre le piastre lontano da superfici sensibili al calore.

· Non toccare in nessun caso un apparecchio elettrico caduto nell’acqua. Provvedere immediatamente a staccare la spina.

· Staccare la spina elettrica subito dopo l’uso dell’apparecchio.

· Prima della pulitura dell’apparecchio staccare la spina elettrica.

· Mai portare l’apparecchio a contatto con l’acqua o altri liquidi Tenere lontano l’apparecchio, sia quando è in funzione, sia quando è spento, da vasche da bagno, docce, luoghi molto

umidi e da recipienti pieni d’acqua!

· Usare e conservare l’apparecchio solo in ambienti asciutti.

· Non toccare mai l’apparecchio se le mani o i piedi sono bagnati.

· Mai utilizzare l’apparecchio a piedi nudi.

· In caso di difetto dell’apparecchio staccare subito la spina elettrica.

· Mai utilizzare l’apparecchio con un cavo di rete danneggiato. Mai utilizzare l’apparecchio se non funziona correttamente, se è danneggiato o se è caduto nell’acqua. In tutti questi casi

inviare l’apparecchio al nostro Service Center a scopo di controllo e riparazione. Gli apparecchi elettrici devono essere riparati esclusivamente da personale specializzato con formazione

elettrotecnica.

· Questo apparecchio non è destinato all’impiego da parte di persone (ivi inclusi anche i

Funzionamento

· Collegare la spina alla presa di corrente.

· Accendere il dispositivo con l’interruttore On/Off (B) (Fig. 1a). Tenere premuto l’interruttore On/Off fino a quando l’indicatore di temperatura (D) lampeggia.

· Regolare la temperatura di esercizio desiderata con l’interruttore a leva (C). Per aumentare la temperatura, azionare brevemente l’interruttore in direzione temperatura, azionare brevemente l’interruttore (C) in direzione ratura può essere regolata tra 130°C e 230°C, a intervalli di 20°C.

· In brevissimo tempo l’apparecchio raggiunge la temperatura di esercizio. Il LED rosso dell’indicatore di temperatura si accenderà.

· Dopo l’uso spegnere l’apparecchio con l’interruttore On/Off (B) (Fig. 1. Tenere premuto l’interruttore l’On/Off sino a quando l’interruttore On/Off si spegnerà.

· Dopo 30 minuti per sicurezza l’apparecchio si spegnerà automaticamente. Per rimetterlo in funzione, sarà necessario riaccendere l’apparecchio (Fig. 1).

· Staccare la spina.

· Lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio.

· Lavare, sciacquare bene e asciugare i capelli.

· Spazzolare o pettinare i capelli.

· Separare singole ciocche di capelli.

Smaltimento per i paesi dell’UE

Indicaciones importantes para la seguridad

Deben observarse las indicaciones siguientes para evitar sufrir lesiones y descargas eléctricas cuando se utilicen aparatos eléctricos:

Desconecte inmediatamente el enchufe de red.

· Desenchufe el aparato inmediatamente cuando termine de utilizarlo.

· Antes de limpiar el aparato, desconecte el enchufe de red.

· No permita nunca que el aparato entre en contacto con agua o con otros líquidos. Tanto si el aparato está encendido como si está apagado, manténgalo siempre alejado de bañeras, duchas, lugares con mucha humedad y de recipientes llenos de agua.

· Utilice y almacene el aparato sólo en lugares secos.

· No toque nunca el aparato si tiene las manos o los pies mojados.

· No utilice el aparato nunca con los pies descalzos.

· Desconecte inmediatamente el enchufe de red si el aparato falla.

· No utilice nunca el aparato con un cable de red dañado. No utilice el aparato en caso de que no funcione debidamente, esté dañado o se haya caído al agua. En tales casos, envíe el aparato a nuestro Departamento de Atención al Cliente para su inspección y reparación. Los aparatos eléctricos sólo pueden ser reparados por personal técnico con formación electrotécnica.

· Este aparato no está indicado para el uso por parte de personas (incluidos niños) con capacidades físicas, mentales o sensoriales disminuidas o que no posean los conocimientos o experiencia necesarios para tal uso, a menos que dichas personas sean supervisadas o hayan sido instruidas en el uso del aparato por parte de una persona que se hace responsable de su seguridad. Recubrimiento de CERÁMICA Y TURMALINA y tecnología NANO PLATA

Las placas calefactoras recubiertas evitan la electricidad estática y proporcionan un trato

cuidadoso al cabello. Los iones con carga negativa sellan las escamas de la cutícula capilar dejando lisa la superficie del cabello y proporcionando un aspecto suave y sedoso. Mantienen

la humedad natural del cabello y le confieren un brillo perfecto. Además, evitan que se forme electricidad estática en la superficie capilar. La innovadora tecnología de nano plata esteriliza

Modo de empleo

· Conecte el enchufe de red a la toma de corriente.

· Conecte el aparato con el interruptor de conexión/desconexión (B) (fig. 1). Para ello, man-

tenga pulsado el interruptor de conexión/desconexión hasta que el indicador de temperatura (D) parpadee en rojo.

· Ajuste la temperatura deseada con el regulador de temperatura (C). Para subir la temperatura, pulse brevemente el regulador (C) en dirección

pulse brevemente el regulador (C) en dirección ajustar a intervalos de 20ºC desde 130°C a 230°C.

· En muy poco tiempo, el aparato alcanza la temperatura de funcionamiento seleccionada, y el LED rojo del indicador de temperatura se enciende.

· Tras utilizar el aparato, apáguelo con el interruptor de conexión/desconexión (B) (fig. 1).

Para ello, mantenga pulsado el interruptor de conexión/desconexión hasta que el indicador de temperatura se apague.

· Por razones de seguridad, el aparato se apaga automáticamente transcurridos 30 minutos. Para seguir utilizando el aparato, éste debe encenderse de nuevo (fig. 1).

· Desenchufe el aparato.

· Deje enfriar el aparato.

Instrucciones para un look perfecto

· Lávese el pelo, aclárelo bien y séquelo.

· Péinelo o cepíllelo.

· Separe el cabello en mechones.

· Coloque cada mechón entre las placas calefactoras con la plancha situada a la altura del nacimiento del cabello.

· Mantenga el aparato cerrado durante unos segundos y vaya deslizándolo de las raíces a las puntas lentamente. Nota: No mantenga los mechones de pelo dentro del aparato más de unos segundos, puesto que de lo contrario podría dañar su cabello.

· Abra el aparato para liberar el cabello.

· Repita el mismo procedimiento hasta lograr el resultado deseado.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

· Antes de limpiar el aparato desconecte el enchufe de red y déjelo enfriar.

· No sumerja el aparato en agua.

· Limpie el aparato únicamente con un paño suave y, en caso necesario, ligeramente humedecido. No utilice disolventes ni productos de limpieza abrasivos.

Eliminación de residuos en los países de la UE

El aparato no debe desecharse con la basura doméstica. Conforme a la Directiva

europea sobre reciclaje de residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos, los puntos de recogida y reciclaje municipales se harán cargo del aparato sin coste alguno. Con una eliminación de residuos adecuada se protege el medio ambiente y se evitan posibles efectos perjudiciales para el hombre y el entorno.

Eliminación de residuos en países de fuera de la UE

Al término de su vida útil, el aparato debe ser desechado de forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente.

Notas de segurança importantes

Ao utilizar aparelhos eléctricos, deve-se seguir as seguintes indicações para evitar ferimentos

e choques eléctricos:

Antes da utilização do aparelho ler todas as instruções!

· Utilizar o aparelho exclusivamente para alisar cabelo.

· Para evitar danos no seu cabelo, verificar que não se encontram substâncias químicas de

permanentes ou de colorações no cabelo.

· Apenas ligar o aparelho à tensão alternada.

· Atenção! Perigo de queimadura! As placas térmicas e o aparelho estão quentes durante e logo após a utilização. Nunca pôr

os elementos térmicas quentes em contacto com a pele, o couro cabeludo ou os olhos!

· Manter os elementos térmicas sempre fora do alcance de superfícies sensíveis ao calor.

· Nunca tocar num aparelho eléctrico que tenha caído dentro de água. Retirar de imediato a ficha de rede.

· Logo a seguir à utilização do aparelho, retirar sempre a ficha de rede.

· Antes de limpar o aparelho retirar a ficha de rede.

· Nunca colocar o aparelho em contacto com água ou outros líquidos. Manter o aparelho longe de banheiras, duches, lugares muito húmidos e de recipientes com água, quer esteja

ligado ou desligado!

· Utilizar e guardar o aparelho apenas em lugares secos.

· Nunca tocar no aparelho quando tiver as mãos ou os pés molhados.

· Nunca utilizar o aparelho descalço.

· Em caso de uma avaria do aparelho retirar de imediato a ficha de rede.

· Nunca utilizar o aparelho com um cabo eléctrico danificado. Não utilizar o aparelho quando não funciona devidamente, está danificado ou tenha caído dentro de água. Nestes casos

enviar o aparelho para a inspecção e reparação para o nosso centro de serviço. Os aparelhos eléctricos só podem ser reparados por técnicos com formação electrotécnica.

· Este aparelho não deve ser utilizado por pessoas (incluindo crianças) com capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou psíquicas reduzidas ou que não tenham experiência e conhecimentos

suficientes, excepto se forem supervisionadas por uma pessoa ou se esta pessoa as ensinar a utilizar o aparelho, sendo responsável pela sua segurança. As crianças devem ser supervi-

sionadas de modo a garantir que não brincam com o aparelho.

Funcionamento

· Colocar a ficha de rede na tomada.

· Ligar o aparelho com o interruptor de ligar e desligar (B) (fig. 1). Manter o interruptor lig/deslig premido até que o indicador de temperatura (D) pisque vermelho.

· Seleccionar a temperatura de funcionamento desejada com o interruptor basculante (C). Para aumentar à temperatura accionar brevemente o interruptor basculante para a direcção

UP (fig. 2a). Para reduzir a temperatura accionar brevemente o interruptor basculante (C) para a direcção – 230°C.

· O aparelho atinge rapidamente a temperatura de funcionamento ajustada. O LED vermelho do indicador de temperatura está aceso.

· Após a utilização desligar o aparelho com o interruptor de ligar e desligar (B) (Fig. 1). Manter o interruptor lig/deslig premido até que o indicador de temperatura desligue.

· O aparelho desliga-se automaticamente, por questões de segurança, após 30 hora de funcionamento . Para continuar o funcionamento o aparelho tem de ser ligado novamente (fig. 1).

· Retirar a ficha de rede.

· Deixar o aparelho arrefecer.

Limpeza e manutenção

· Antes de limpar o aparelho, retirar a ficha de rede e deixar o aparelho arrefecer.

· Não mergulhar o aparelho na água.

· Limpar o aparelho com um pano macio e eventualmente ligeiramente húmido. Não utilizar dissolventes ou produtos de limpeza agressivos!

Bij het gebruik van elektrische apparatuur dienen voor de eigen veiligheid de volgende maatregelen tegen letsel en stroomstoten in ieder geval te worden nageleefd:

· Laat het apparaat nooit met water of andere vloeistoffen in aanraking komen. Houd het apparaat zowel in ingeschakelde als in uitgeschakelde toestanden bij ligbaden, douches, plaatsen met hoge luchtvochtigheid en bij met water gevulde reservoirs uit de buurt!

· Gebruik en bewaar het apparaat alleen in droge ruimten.

· Raak het apparaat nooit aan als u natte handen of voeten hebt.

· Gebruik het apparaat nooit wanneer u blote voeten heeft.

· Trek bij een defect aan het apparaat meteen de stekker uit het stopcontact.
