Unpacking
Carefully unpack your mini chopper, as the blades are very sharp. Remove all stickers (except for serial label) and wash all the parts that are safe to immerse in water (part numbers
IMPORTANT: Never immerse the motor

Setup
1 Turn the motor base over and remove the
battery cover. 2 Insert the four batteries into the battery
compartment, ensuring that the batteries
are placed in the correct position.

Chopping guide
Fresh herbs The maximum amount to be used should be 5g. Pr 5 seconds, after this time the herbs can get bruised and the moisture is drawn out.
Garlic cloves Chop 1-2 large cloves at a time; 3-4 small cloves at one time
Chillies 1 small chilli at a time (3-4cm) cut into 1-2cm pieces
Spring onions About 1 onion at a time (5g) cut into 1-2cm pieces long.
Ginger 2-3 pieces 1-2cm long
Onions 10g cut into 1-2cm pieces
Nuts 20g at a time

remove the lid from the bowl, carefully remove the chopping blade from the spindle and lift the bowl from the motor unit. Use the spatula to scrape the chopped ingredients out of the bowl.

Garlic & herb dip
Ingredients
1 garlic clove A handful of fresh herbs: basil, chives, parsley, coriander 100ml plain, low-fat yogurt Salt
Method
1 Chop garlic finely. 2 Roughly chop herbs 5g at a time. 3 Mix all ingredients and add salt to taste. 4 Chill before serving.
