1 Vapour mist nozzle
This patented technology makes ironing easy and gives your clothes a superior finish without the need for steam, using 75% less energy.
2 Precision vapour mist trigger
Simply press and hold to activate the mist that penetrates deep into the fibres to remove creases with ease. You can apply a light mist to your garments before you start ironing or apply a heavier mist for more stubborn creases. You should not need to press the trigger at all times.
3 Thermoglass soleplate
This patented technology means the iron heats up quickly and the impact resistant ceramic glass lets you see the creases disappear as you iron.
4 Precision temperature control / Standby
One-touch heat selection lets you select the right temperature for your clothes with ease.
One touch selection turns on your vapour iron. Press and
hold for three seconds to turn your vapour iron off / into standby.
5 Limescale free
The patented vapour mist technology means no more limescale build up and no need for cartridges.
6 Removable water tank
Easy to fill straight from the tap, the iron uses 80% less water and gives you up to 2 hours continuous ironing time.
7 A better experience
The vapour mist system is surprisingly quiet and doesn’t create humidity like steam irons can.
8 Ergonomic design
The lightweight iron can be replaced on the heat-safe iron rest (13) whilst ironing. The base is easy to carry and keep the cable tidy for storage.
9 Power cable
Plug into the mains outlet to power the appliance.
10 Power cable storage
When the product is not in use, the power cable may be stored here to keep the cable tidy.
11 Power light
This light remains constantly lit throughout use, except when the auto shut-off feature is activated.
12 Vapour mist cord
Takes water from the water tank for applying vapour to your garments.
13 Iron rest
With rubber heat-resistant pads to safely rest your iron whilst in use.
WARNING: The metal area of the iron rest may get hot
during use.
14 Base
The easy to carry base pumps the water from the water tank up through the vapour mist cord.
15 Temperature indicator lights
Flash until the selected temperature is reached and the iron is ready to use.

Temperature guide
Heat setting markings in the temperature guide (below) match those of the International Textile Care Labelling Code. Please check your garment label before ironing to avoid damage.

Before use
Unwind and straighten the power cable (9) and vapour mist cord (12).
For first use, follow the ‘Quick Start Guide’ on page 3.
NOTE: When you have plugged in your ATOMiST vapour iron, press the precision temperature control (4) once to turn the product on.
NOTE: For first use, you will need to hold the precision vapour mist trigger (2) for up to one minute before water vapour is produced from the vapour nozzle (1). It is normal for the product to make a loud noise during this process.
Textiles and clothes should carry ironing instructions. If not, follow the temperature guide above, but test the temperature by ironing the hem of the garment or similar discreet area first. It is advised to begin with ‘cool’ fabrics and work up to higher settings. An iron heats up quicker than it cools down so you’ll save time and electricity.
If you turn the temperature down from a hot setting to a cooler setting, wait until the temperature indicator lights (15) have stopped flashing before you continue ironing.
NOTE: Hold the base with both hands when handling, moving and storing the unit.
Filling
Never use battery topping up fluid or water containing any substances like starch, sugar, fragrant additives or defrosted water from a refrigerator.
Unlike conventional irons, the ATOMiST vapour iron is designed for use with tap water.
Re-filling during use:
If you press the precision vapour mist trigger (2), and the water level is low, the vapour nozzle (1) will flash, a beep will be heard, and the unit will not produce vapour. If this happens, remove the water tank (6) and refill with water (see steps 1 and 2 of ‘Quick Start Guide’ on page 3) and replace the water tank.
NOTE: You can still use your product without vapour.

Features
Dry ironing:
To use your ATOMiST vapour iron as a dry iron only, follow steps 3, 4 and 6 of ‘Quick Start Guide’ on page
3. You do not need to put water in the tank (6).
Auto shut-off:
If the ATOMiST vapour iron is not used for 10 minutes, the product will automatically enter standby mode, both for safety and to save energy.
Wake the product by pressing either the precision temperature control (4) or the precision vapour mist trigger which will illuminate the power light (11). The previous temperature setting will be restored.
Please wait until the temperature indicator lights (15) stop flashing before resuming ironing.
Emptying and storing
When you have finished Ironing, press and hold the precision temperature control (4) for three seconds to switch the ATOMiST vapour iron into standby.
Unplug and empty all water from the water tank and place the iron on the base (14). Use the power cable storage hole (10) to keep the power cable (9) tidy.
NOTE: Do not store the vapour mist cord (12) in the power cable storage (10), this is for the storage of the power cable (9) only.
Maintenance
To clean the Thermoglass soleplate:
Wait until cold and use a damp cloth and mild detergent to wipe over, then wipe dry. Do not spray detergent directly onto the soleplate.
To remove fibres from the Thermoglass soleplate:
If any man-made fibres fuse to the Thermoglass soleplate (3), set the iron to the 3-dot or MAX position and pass it over a clean piece of cotton to draw the deposit off the surface.
To clean the exterior:
Allow the unit to cool and wipe over with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then wipe dry.

Troubleshooting
There is a loud noise when I press the precision vapour mist trigger (2).
Solution
This is normal when you operate the product for the
first time as the vapour system is being primed.
If you hear a loud noise but no vapour is sprayed,
check for blockages as above.
When I press the precision vapour mist trigger (2), no vapour sprays from the vapour mist nozzle
(1) but the nozzle
flashes and beeps.
Solution
Check the water tank (6) is full and the base (14) is
resting on a level surface. The water may be below the minimum level.
If the water tank is full, check the water tank is
correctly located in the base.
When I press the precision vapour mist trigger (2) the nozzle light turns on, I can hear the pump but no water sprays out of the vapour mist nozzle (1).
Solution
There may be a blockage in the vapour system. You
need to remove the vapour mist nozzle (1):
1 Turn the clear nozzle cover anti-clockwise until it is
released.
2 Unscrew the nozzle by rotating it anti-clockwise.
3 Tap the vapour nozzle gently on a hard surface to
remove any loose debris.
4 Plug the product in and press the precision vapour
mist trigger (2) for around 30 seconds to remove any blockages from the system. Do this over a sink or suitable container.
NOTE: Water will jet out under high pressure.
Reassemble the vapour nozzle and nozzle cover; this is a reversal of the removal procedure. Press the precision vapour mist trigger to test the system. If the system is still blocked, repeat the process or call our helpline for further instructions.

The iron does not get hot enough. Solution
Check the garments are not too damp through the
use of too much vapour mist.
Check that the temperature indicator light (15) is set
to the right level (see ‘Temperature guide’ on page
7).
The temperature will default to MAX when the iron
is first turned on.
Troubleshooting (continued)
The iron is plugged in and switched on at the socket but will not heat up.
Solution
This product has an auto shut-off feature. Check
that this has not been activated by pressing either the precision vapour mist trigger (2) or the precision temperature control (4) which will wake the product.
Check that the thermoglass soleplate (3) is not
damaged. For your safety, this product will not power up if it is damaged.
Check that the main fuse board in your house has
not tripped. If tripped, contact the customer helpline (see below).
Check the fuse in the plug.
