y operated garlic and herb chopper is designed to chop small quantities quickly and easily with minimal effort.
• The chopper is designed for intermittent use only. Do not use non-stop for longer than 10 seconds.
• The chopper is designed for chopping small quantities of garlic, herbs, chilli's etc. It is not designed to chop lar
ger items or large quantities.
• The metal blades are very sharp. Always take care when handling, especially when r
emoving from
the bowl and cleaning.

Important safety instructions

he use of any electrical appliance requires the following of basic common sense safety rules.
Primarily there is danger of injury or death and secondly the danger of damage to the appliance. These are indicated in the text by the following two conventions:

Protect from rain etc. if using outdoors.
Personal safety
WARNING: Do not touch moving
parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing as
well as utensils away from the
chopping blades.
WARNING: Take care when handling
metal blades as they are very sharp.
Children
Do not allow children to use this chopper.
Children are vulnerable in the kitchen
particularly when unsupervised and if
appliances are being used or cooking is
being carried out.
Teach childr
en to be aware of dangers in the kitchen, warn them of the dangers of reaching up to areas where they cannot see properly or should not be reaching.
Other safety considerations
Do not operate any appliance after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact our helpline for advice on examination and repair.

Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in an heated oven.

Unpacking
Carefully unpack your mini chopper, as the blades are very sharp. Remove all stickers (except for serial label) and wash all the parts that are safe to immerse in water (part numbers
, ¤, and only).
IMPORTANT: Never immerse the motor base
in water or any other liquid. This may
be wiped with a clean damp cloth.
Setup
B
1 Turn the motor base over and remove the
battery cover. 2 Insert the four batteries into the battery
compartment, ensuring that the batteries
are placed in the correct position.
Chopping
1 Place the chopping bowl ‹ onto the top
of the motor base. 2 Place the chopping blade ¤ in the centre
of the chopping bowl. Ensure it is
correctly located on the drive
.
3 Place the food items to be chopped into
the bowl (r
efer to the operating guide for
quantities). 4 Place the lid ⁄ onto the bowl and turn
clockwise until the lid is locked into place
C. 5 Push down firmly onto the lid to operate
the chopper

Use short pulses to achieve the desired
consistency.
