Styling tips
Having shampooed your hair, ensure
that it is rinsed properly as shampoo that is
left in the hair will leave it looking dull.
To maximise shine, rinse your hair in
cool water thoroughly.
Comb your hair through with a wide
toothed comb to remove tangles before
styling.
Dry your hair thoroughly using a Morphy
Richards Hairdryer. By drying your hair
thoroughly before using the straightener you
will avoid creating frizz.
WARNING: These straighteners are
professional standard and reach very
high temperatures.
Do not leave on your hair for more
than a few seconds as this may damage
your hair.
Never allow the plates to come into
contact with the skin.
Styling
Choose the heat setting relevant for
your hair type. Use setting I for fine hair and
setting II for thicker hair. Divide your hair
into styling sections, brushing each section
through thoroughly.
Clamp a section of the hair between the
straightening plates as close to the roots as
possible, gently slide the straightener down
your hair shaft to the end. If you need to
straighten a section further, allow to cool
and then smooth again.
To flick out the ends of your hair slide
the straightener down the shaft of the hair
and flick the ends of the hair outwards or
(curl under as required).
Repeat on all sections of the hair. The
ceramic straightening plates have been
designed to stop your hair from sticking to
the plates.
