Refining bakery machine with 2 cylinders

EXTERNAL CONSTUCTION

 Bearing sides in manufactured cast iron

installed on painted steel base, on wheels.

 Two cylinders in rectified high hardness

porphyry. One of them is sideway oscillating.

 Two scrapers placed the cylinders sideway,

with tensioning spring.

 Opening cylinders adjustment wheel placed on

the right side.

 Hopper and gathering basin in stainless steel
 Control board with push buttons placed on the

front side.

INTERNAL CONSTRUCTION

 Cylinders installed on ball bearings and

mechanism in oil bathing.

 Motorized in one speed with primary

transmission by belt and chain.

 Electrical control by low-tension push- buttons.
 Limit switch for protection grate.

OPERATION

 Product refining obtained by the rotary set

against movement of the cylinders.

 One sideway oscillating cylinder, assure a good

and fast dough refining.

 Cylinders distance adjustable by the side

wheel.

 Gathering of the refined dough on removable

basin.
