SPECIFICATIONS
The P110 Gas TYPE A3 is composed by three (3) independent al uminium steel cooking chamber, a stand or an opti onal proofin g cabinet. The backing chamber differs from the rest for its double layer refractory brick de ck floor which guarante es efficient heat distribution throughout, making the P110 Gas an ideal oven for all your b aking need. T he temper at ure controls are electronic, and reach up to 450°F (840°C). The chamber door is bottom hinged with a wide tempered gl ass that allows you to monitor the bakin g process. The proofing cabinet can be used for prepping or as a temporary heated stora ge, thanks to the doors magne tic fasteners that ensure a secure closure.
