SPECIFICATIONS
The equipment consists in a cooking deck and eventually a prover or a stand. This professional oven is ideal for pastry, hot corners and frozen products. It is provided with functions electronic control for 200 customizing programs and timer, the fan has alternated rotation during the baking, setting steaming. The oven door is in double tempered crystal glass to check the baking of the product. The support has a painted metal structure, while the prover is in stainless steel and it has a thermostat for the heating and an internal light. The prover reaches the maximum temperature of 65° while the maximum temperature of the baking chamber is 270°C. The prover with humidifier is in stainless steel AISI 304.
