pack PRO provides you with the condence

capacity battery plus an included belt clip

weekend gets your iPhone will still be there

When we say this thing is rugged, we mean it.
Exceeding MIL-STD 810G, the juice pack PRO
has been tested to exceed the standards for
impact protection and dust/sand penetration
set forth by the United States Military. This
means that it is strong enough for our ghting
forces to take on the battleeld, so it should
hold up to anything the average weekend
warrior throws at it! While the juice pack PRO
is certainly rugged and can stand up to a
little rain, it is not waterproof so don’t take it
swimming!

Compatibility
Though the juice pack PRO for iPhone
4S/4 comes with a standard iPod/iPhone
connector, this battery is intended solely for
use with the Apple iPhone 4S/4. Please do not
attempt to use the product with any other
device – things could go haywire, but contact
us if they do.
Charging your juice pack PRO
Connect the juice pack PRO to a power source
using only the micro USB cable that came
with your juice pack. The USB cable can be
plugged in to your computer or any “Made
for iPhone” wall-plug style power source with
USB out including the standard iPhone USB
wall adaptor. (The LEDs located on the bottom
of the device will blink when charging, after
30sec the lights will turn o. Press the status
indicator before you disconnect to make sure
you are fully charged.)
Important
The juice pack PRO comes charged and ready
to go, but after the initial use, normal charging
will take only 2.5 to 3.5 hours for maximum
power – AND you can then charge it while the
iPhone is inserted or separately.
Charging your iPhone 4S/4 using the juice
pack PRO
If your iPhone is drained of power or if you
want to extend the batter y life of your iPhone,
simply snap the iPhone into the juice pack
PRO. Make sure that the pin connector is
securely inserted into the bottom of the
iPhone and the switch is turned On (green).
When the iPhone recognizes the juice pack,
a battery symbol will appear on the screen
and you will hear a chirp from the iPhone, this
indicates that the iPhone is charging and/or
using the power from the juice pack rather
than from the iPhone itself.
If your iPhone is drained of power, the juice
pack will rst charge your iPhone. If your
iPhone is fully charged, the juice pack will act
as your primary battery and no power will be
lost from the iPhone internal battery until the
juice pack is depleted. So you keep on talkin’,
rockin’, surn’ and sendin’!
Checking the status of the juice pack PRO
You are always in the KNOW! To check the
battery status of the juice pack, press the
button located on the bottom of the device.
When pressed, the LED lights will illuminate
for several seconds. Four LEDs means that the
juice pack is fully charged, and one LED means
that it is almost empty.
Switching your juice pack PRO to stand-by
mode
If you’d rather use your internal batter y and
not the juice pack, use the switch on the
lower-left corner of the juice pack, to put it into
stand-by mode. The dot near the switch will
indicate whether the juice pack is in stand-by
mode (red) or charging mode (green). When
your internal battery is low, simply ick the
switch On and your iPhone will begin charging
immediately.
*Note: Using the stand-by switch will give you
even more total battery life, as the iPhone uses
additional power to be on a constant charge.
We recommend waiting until your iPhone
shows a low battery signal before turning on
the juice pack.
Sync with your computer without removing
the juice pack PRO
While connected to the juice pack, you can
still sync your iPhone with a computer. Simply
connect the included micro USB cable from the
juice pack PRO to the computer and sync your
iPhone the same as if it was directly connected.
To keep your juice pack PRO operating to its
fullest potential, make sure to do the following:
1. Keep your juice pack dry and away from
moisture and corrosive materials.
2. Do not wash the juice pack with harsh
chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the
case with a soft, water-dampened cloth. Wipe
the pins gently with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Re-charge your juice pack once every three
months when not in use, and remember to
charge it for one hour before putting it away
the rst time.
Warranty
At mophie®, we are dedicated to making the
best quality products we can. To back this up,
your mophie juice pack is warranted for 1 full
year from the date of purchase. Keep a copy of
your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Be
sure to register your product at mophie.com
to activate it and check for the latest product
updates as they develop. Failure to register
your product or to provide proof of purchase
may void the warranty.

Assembly instructions for the mophie juice pack PRO
➊ Attach your phone to the battery
and bottom/connector piece.
➋ Connect the screen protector
over front.
➌ Strecth the rubber boot over
the entire case.
Dissemble and assemble
The rst thing you need to do is separate the rubber boot from the case. The boot covers a plastic exoskeleton
that the phone ts in. The rubber boot is a tight t to ensure complete protection against dirt, sand, and
splashes. The best way to open the case is to start at the bottom, between the LED status indicator and the
mophie logo on the front, by lifting the small tab to begin to separate the rubber boot from the plastic.
After you remove the rubber portion of the case, you will be left with the plastic case. That separates into two
pieces. The rst is the screen protector and sides. The second is the battery and bottom/connector piece.
The front (screen) piece clips onto the back (battery) portion. There are four attachment points, two on either
side. Once you release one or more of the points, the two pieces should separate rather easily.
After the case is disassembled, the phone ts onto the 30 pin connector and rests in the case. Reattach the
screen protector and the phone will be enclosed in the case. The last part is stretching the rubber boot
back over the case. This might seem awkward and it will take a little getting used to. Make sure you have the
rubber portion tucked in around all the bumps to ensure proper protection. Once again, this might take a
little time and getting used to, to get it just right.

Does the mophie juice pack PRO charge the
iPhone 4S?
This mophie juice pack PRO works with any
model iPhone 4S or iPhone 4.
What are the benets of switching the juice
pack PRO to stand-by mode?
Using the stand-by switch will give you even
more total battery life, as the iPhone uses
additional power to be on a constant charge.
What are the best methods for charging my
juice pack PRO?
Connect the mophie juice pack to a power
source using the USB cable that came with
your juice pack. The USB cable can be plugged
in to your computer or any “Made for iPhone”
wall-plug style power source with USB out.
Can I sync my iPhone while the juice pack
PRO is still connected?
You can charge and sync your iPhone to iTunes
without removing it from its juice pack via the
included micro USB cable. Pretty cool huh?
How many charge cycles do you get in the
juice pack PRO?
The juice pack PRO is rechargeable for over
500 cycles (These are full cycles. Partial cycles
don’t count as full. So, you can charge your
juice pack 10% of the way 10 times before it
counts as a complete cycle.) Don’t be afraid to
top it o!
Does the juice pack PRO block the speaker,
microphone or cameras?
Of course not! In fact, the case incorporates
enhanced audio ports that are ported and
protected with a water-tight material.
Does the juice pack PRO interfere with
antenna reception?
Not a chance.
What does the MIL-STD 810G rating mean?
The juice pack PRO has been tested to exceed
the standards for impact protection and dust/
