Simaudio Ltd. proudly announces the introduction of the MOON ROCK mono-block
amplifier, our newest addition to the MOON Audio Reference series of audio components.

Generating a very high current output signal to a maximum continuous power rating of 1000
watts into 8 ohms, and 2000 watts into 4 ohms, the ROCK is capable of driving any model of
loudspeaker on the market today. With a strong emphasis on both form and finish, this ROCK
includes a customized 2 inch thick solid granite base and an anodized top cover.

Significant Design Features:

• Fully balanced differential circuitry throughout the entire amplifier.

• A custom proprietary toroidal transformer design with lower magnetic, electrical and thermal loss,

yielding an improved power transfer and lower regulation factor, resulting in increased current speed and
better dynamics.

• Mechanical grounding accomplished through the use of an exceptionally heavy solid granite base.

• Precision matched and fully decoupled Bipolar output devices which offer superb linearity throughout

the entire audio frequency spectrum.

• Class A output to 20 watts for greater maintain efficiency.

• An oversized power supply.

• A high damping factor which provides for superior musical dynamics, improved signal speed and

refined timbre accuracy.

• Accurate matching of the highest quality electronic components to tolerances of less than 0.01%.

• An exceptionally short signal path for a faster transient response.

• Extremely rigid chassis construction to minimize the effects of external vibrations.

• 12 Volt DC trigger for remote operations.
