WHAT ARE INFRARED ILLUMINATORS?
For surveillance applications where light is not sufcient, i.e. Night-time scenarios, an infrared illuminator is strongly recommended for enhancing your view of sight.
Composed of multiple light emitting diodes (LEDs), the infrared illuminators produce an infrared beam of light that when paired with either a day/night or black & white
camera will illuminate the surrounding area for increased visibility

The demand for high performance day/night surveillance is pressing for smaller, smarter, less expensive products. At the same time,
the environments in which imaging products must function are increasingly hostile. Responding to this demand, the NiteTrac2 modular
pan/tilt imaging system was developed.
Completely upgradable, the NiteTrac2 consists of a modular system of imager blocks that can be easily updated with your
specic camera.
The NiteTrac2 is available as a standalone pan/tilt unit or can paired with advanced state-of-the-art thermal detection for optimal
night surveillance.

Camera Blocks:
The camera blocks are unique and are
designed for quick (one lever) disconnect
from the positioning platform. Customers
can recongure systems from day to night
payloads or install both at the same time.
Cameras can be “swapped” without any
change to the system commands. Each
camera block is fully sealed and pressurized to assure moisture free operation
and long lifetime.

provides a wealth of benets / features that far surpass alternate night surveillance

Some of the major benet from the versatility of thermal video surveillance,
including a more covert monitoring experience verses standard lighting or infrared
illumination. Thermal grants you the ability to see through several types of
obstacles, including fog, rain, and brush. Maximize detection by targeting items
that emit heat, resulting in quick detection and counter reactions.
Offering 360° of continuous rotation and a sealed / pressurized enclosure, the
NiteTrac2 comes factory-wired for a true "Plug n' Play" experience.
