SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
Please read this entire manual before using this device, paying extra
manual in a safe place for future reference.
This device is intended for indoor use only. Do not expose this
device to water or moisture of any kind.
This device contains a Lithium-polymer battery. Dispose of this
device only in accordance with local, state, or federal
regulations for electronic waste.
Charge the battery before first use and at least once every
three months.
Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners,
solvents, or detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the
cloth with warm water.
This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to
open, service, or modify this device.
This device contains small parts that could pose a choking
hazard to small children. Keep this device and all parts out of
reach of small children.
Do not use these earphones while operating a motor vehicle,
heavy equipment, walking in traffic, or any other situation in
which situational awareness is a key to safety.

CHARGING
Charge the charging case and the earphones before first use and at least
once every three months.
Charging Case
Plug one end of the included Micro USB Cable into the Micro USB
Charging Port on the case, then plug the other end into a USB power
source, such as a wall charger (not included). The LED Charging Indicators
will illuminate, indicating that charging is in progress. It takes
approximately 1.5~2 hours to fully charge the case. The LEDs will
extinguish when charging is complete.
When the battery has less than 10% remaining charge, the LED Charging
Indicators will flash red three times every 10 minutes. When the charge is
less than 3%, the LED Charging Indicators will flash red three times every
2 minutes. While charging the Charging Case with the Earphones installed,
the LED Charging Indicator will illuminate purple.
Earphones
To charge the earphone, place them in the charging box. Charging will
begin automatically and the LED Indicator will illuminate. The LED will
extinguish when charging is complete. The Charging Case can charge the
earphones approximately 4~5 times.
When the charge level is less than 10%, the earphones will give an audible
indication every 5 minutes.

PAIRING
Two Earphones Mode
Perform the following steps to pair the earphones with each other and
with your mobile device.
1. Remove both Earphones from the Charging Case. The
Earphones will pair with each other automatically. The LED
Indicators will alternately flash red and blue while pairing is in
progress. Once complete, the LED indicator on the left
Earphone will extinguish and the LED Indicator on the right
Earphone will illuminated blue for 2 seconds.
2. Open the Bluetooth® settings on your mobile device and search
for nearby Bluetooth devices. Locate and select the TWE-04
entry. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000 (four zeros). Once
connected, the LED Indicators will flash blue for 2 seconds.
Notes:
If pairing fails, the LED Indicators will flash blue slowly. Put the
Earphones back in the Charging Case and they will
automatically disconnect and begin charging, Repeat the
above process to re-pair the Earphones with each other and
with your mobile device.
The Earphones support the iOS®/Android battery power
synchronization indication.

Single Earphone Mode
Perform the following steps to pair a single Earphone with your mobile
device.
1. Remove one of the Earphones form the Charging Case. The LED
Indicator will flash red and blue alternately.
2. Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 4~5 seconds to put
the Earphone into Bluetooth® pairing mode.
3. Open the Bluetooth® settings on your mobile device and search
for nearby Bluetooth devices. Locate and select the TWE-04
entry. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000 (four zeros).
Changing From Single to Two Earphones Mode
If you want to switch from Single Earphone Mode to Two Earphones
Mode, place the Earphones back in the Charging Case. If they fail to shut
down automatically, press and hold the Multifunction Buttons for 6
seconds, release them, press and hold them again for another 10 seconds,
then place them back into the Charging Case.
OPERATION
Momentarily press the Multifunction Button on the right
Earphone to answer an incoming phone call.
Momentarily press the Multifunction Button on the right
Earphone to terminate a phone call.

Press and hold the Multifunction Button on the right Earphone
for 2 seconds to reject an incoming phone call.
Momentarily press the Multifunction Button on the right
Earphone three times in succession to skip back to the previous
track.
Momentarily press the Multifunction Button on the right
Earphone two times in succession to skip forward to the next
track.
Momentarily press the Multifunction Button on either
Earphone to pause or resume playback.
Momentarily press the Multifunction Button on the left
Earphone three times in succession to reduce the volume level.
Momentarily press the Multifunction Button on the left
Earphone two times in succession to increase the volume level.
Press and hold the Multifunction Button on either Earphone for
2 seconds to turn voice control on or off.
