Our 3D Creator is designed to make the use of your HDTV equipment more comfortable.
The 3D creator provides the 2D to 3D converting function which will help you watch 3D effect
while playing with 2D video. HT3D-110 is also designed to work with 2D HDTV, 3D TV, and DLP
projector, which allow users enjoy 3D effect on those sink devices.
The 3D Creator provides immersive 3D effects on 2D HDTV, 3DTV, or DLP Projector. On the
2D HDTV, you can enjoy red/cyan 3D effect no matter source contents are 2D or 3D. Some 3DTV do
not provide 2D to 3D converting function; however, by using 3D Creator, users can convert 2D videos
in to 3D effect in real time and watch them on the 3DTV.
3D Ready DLP projector is becoming popular for the home A/V entertainment, but most of
people don’t know how to use the 3D function of the projector. User can not watch 3D effect on the
projector due to the problem of supporting 3D format by the DLP projector. With the 3D Creator, user
can easily watch 3D effect on the 3D ready DLP projector.
For the best performance of this 3D Creator, please read this manual carefully and keep it for
further usage.

Connection
Step 1: Connect the HDMI
Step 2: Connect the HDMI cable from your HDTV (or projector) to the output port of the 3D Creator.
Step 3: Connect the DC 5V/1A power adaptor to the 3D Creator.
Step 4: Finish the connection. The power indication LED (red) will be lighted on.

Operation
Mode 1: 3D Program to 2DTV
Mode 2: 3D Program to 3D-DLP
When you want to watch 3D program on the 2DTV, please choose this mode (use
either remote or “Select” key on the main unit to switch modes)

IR Remote Operation
“PT” button
Pass Through function. When press on this button, the 3D Creator will
pass through the original videos format.
3D Conversion
1. “Red/Cyan” button: 3D Program to 2DTV. When press this button,
the 3D Creator will convert 3D program into Red/Cyan 3D format for
2DTV usage.
2. “DLP” button: 3D Program to 3D-DLP. When press this button, the
3D Creator will convert 3D program into appropriate 3D format for
3D-DLP projector usage.
2D Conversion
1. “Red/Cyan” button: 2D Program to 2DTV. When press this button,
the 3D Creator will convert 2D program into Red/Cyan 3D format for
2DTV usage.
2. “SBS-H” button: 2D Program to 3DTV. When press this button, the
3D Creator will convert 2D program into Side-by-Side (Half) 3D
format for 3DTV usage.
3. “DLP” button: 2D Program to 3D-DLP. When press this button, the
3D Creator will convert 2D program into appropriate 3D format for
3D-DLP projector usage.
“Level” button
1. In the 2D Conversion, users can press “Level” button to adjust 3D
effect level.

Main Unit Operation
Select Key:
- Modes Selection: If you want to change each mode manually, you can press the “Select”
key to change. A LED will be lighted up for the mode indication.
3D-Effect Key:
- Press the “3D-Effect” key to adjust the level of 3D effect
- This key is only functional in the 2D to 3D conversion
- There are three levels to adjust
Power/Reset Key:
- Press the “Power/Reset ” key once to reset the main unit
- Press the key for 3 second to power off the main unit
The procedure is a cyclic function:
- When you selected the mode, there will be a LED on to present the mode. If you select
mode 1, the mode 1 LED will light on.

1. Users can play either 2D or 3D programs via source devices to 3D Creator
2. 3D Creator will automatically convert programs into 3D Red/Cyan format
3. Users wear Red/Cyan glasses to watch 3D-effect videos on the 2DTV
NOTE: - 3D Creator does not have de-interlace function, please set the output signal of
source devices to 1080p, 720p, or 480p.
- When converting 3D programs, please make sure the original 3D program is
side-by-side format.
3DTV Application (Mode 4)
1. Play 2D programs via source devices to 3D Creator
2. 3D Creator will convert 2D programs into Side-by-Side (Half) 3D Programs in real time
3. Users wear shutter glasses to watch 3D-effect videos on the 3DTV
NOTE: After converting, you may see two images (side-by-side) on the TV. You need to use TV
remote control to select input 3D format (please refer to TV’s manual), to make two
images into one image.
3D-Ready DLP Projector Application (Mode 2 & 5)
1. Play 2D or 3D programs via source device to 3D Creator
2. 3D Creator will convert programs into 3D Frame Sequential format for DLP Projector usage
3. Users wear shutter glasses to watch 3D-effect videos via 3D-Ready DLP projector
NOTE: - 3D Creator does not have de-interlace function, please set the output signal of
source devices to 1080p, 720p, or 480p.
- When converting 3D programs, please make sure the original 3D program is
side-by-side format.

Technical Specification
1. When there is no picture presented, please:
Make sure the direct connection from the source device to the display device without the 3D
Creator is working.
Check if all connectors are connected well; and check if all cables can support the transmission
speed. High Speed HDMI cables are recommended.
Check the power of 3D Creator in on.
3D Creator does not have de-interlace function, please set the output signal of source devices
to 1080p, 720p, or 480p.
3D Creator may not support some 3D videos that are formatted in 1080p/24fps. It may cause no
pictures presented on the sink device.
2. When there is only picture displayed and without sound:
Check the cable connection to see if it fits properly.
Check your cable to see if it supports video transmission only (DVI) or it is damaged.
HDCP may not match very well at first connection; please restart your 3D Creator.
TROUBLE SHOOTING

3. When there is no 3D effect (Red/Cyan, DLP-frame sequential, side-by-side half) presented,
please:
Make sure set the 3D Creator in the right mode.
Make sure provided videos are correct formats (3D programs for Mode 1 & 2; 2D programs for
Mode 3~5).
Make sure the sink device can support specified format (frame sequential, side-by-side half).
Make sure the power of shutter glasses is on (Mode 2, 4, 5).
Make sure turn on the 3D function of DLP Projector (Mode2, 5).
Check the power of 3D Creator.
Make sure your 3DTV can support side-by-side 3D video format (Mode 4).
3D Creator can successfully convert following video formats:
1080p @ 50, 60Hz
720p @ 50, 60Hz
4. What if the 3D effect is not good enough?
Please adjust level to fit the most comfortable feeling (Mode 3, 4, 5).
Using Red/Cyan glasses may causing some color differ from the original color; it is normal.
Different videos may have different 3D effect after converting.
Make sure the power of shutter glasses is on (Mode 2, 4, 5).
Mode 2 & 5 only apply for DLP projector only.
Make sure using the correct shutter glasses.

Cautions when watching 3D contents:
1. When watch 3D images for a long period of time, it may cause drowsiness, headaches, or
dizzy feeling.
2. Take 10~15 minutes break every hour. Stop watching 3D contents when you have any
uncomfortable feeling.
3. Pregnant woman, seniors, people with heart problems should avoid watching 3D TV.
4. Watching 3D contents may affect children’s vision development (children who under the age
of 5).
5. Watching 3D contents too closely or for a long period of time, it may harm your eyesight.
6. It is responsible for adults that check frequently on children. Stop watching 3D contents and
take rest, if children have any uncomfortable feeling.
