SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
For indoor use only. Do not use the unit in wet or humid environments.
When mounting the unit, leave enough space for ventilation.
Do not use the unit close to heat sources or in direct sunlight.
Do not use if the power adapter and/or cord is damaged.
If the unit is damaged to an extent that you can see internal parts, do not plug the
unit into a power outlet.
Make sure that no liquids or small components can enter the housing.
Use a damp, dust-free cloth to clean the unit. Do not use cleaners or solvents!
The unit contains no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, repair, or
modify it.
Install the motor and mirror ball at a distance of at least 20" (0.5m) from flammable
materials (decorations, bunting, etc.).
Inspect the motor and mirror ball installation prior to first use and at least once per
year.
Regularly check the chain between the motor and the mirror ball, including the
connection points on the motor and the mirror ball.
Only use appropriate materials for the installation of the motor.

NOTE: Follow the instructions carefully and use common sense when mounting the motor
and mirror ball.
WARNING: A falling mirror ball can cause serious injury!
The installation must be done in such a way that it can support 10 times the weight
of the mirror ball for at least 1 hour without showing any distortion.
The motor needs to be installed perfectly horizontally. Check the position with a
level. The motor and mirror ball must be installed out of the reach of persons.
Use all three screw openings to secure the housing to the mounting surface.
Use a chain of sufficient strength for the installation of the mirror ball below the
motor. The included chain will support the load limit of the motor.
Secure the cord of the AC adapter so that it is out of the path of the turning motor,
chain, and mirror ball.
