SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
This device is intended for indoor use only. Do not expose this device to water or moisture of any kind. Do not place drinks or
other containers with moisture on or near the device. If moisture does get in or on
the device, immediately unplug it from the power outlet and allow it to fully dry
before reapplying power.
Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or
detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth with warm water.
This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or
modify this device.
Ensure that all devices are powered off and unplugged before making any electrical
connections.
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this HDMI® Splitter! This splitter allows the simultaneous viewing
of a single HDMI source on two displays. As a USB-powered device, it is ideal for use with a
laptop or other portable device.

INSTALLATION
1. Ensure that all devices are unplugged and powered off before making any
connections.
2. Using a High Speed HDMI® cable (not included), plug one end to the HDMI input of
the first display, then plug the other end into the HDMI Output 1 port on the splitter.
3. Using a High Speed HDMI cable (not included), plug one end to the HDMI input of
the first display, then plug the other end into the HDMI Output 2 port on the
splitter.
4. Using a High Speed HDMI cable (not included), plug one end into the HDMI Input
port on the splitter, then plug the other end into the HDMI output of your video
source.
5. Plug one end of the included Micro USB cable into the Power port on the splitter,
then plug the other end into the output of your USB power source.
6. Plug in and power on all connected devices.
7. The Power LED will illuminate when the splitter is connected to a live USB power
source. The HDMI Input LED will illuminate whenever the splitter is powered on and
an HDMI signal is present. The HDMI Output LEDs illuminate when the splitter is
powered on, the corresponding output display is powered on, and an HDMI signal is
present.

Q1. Video is present on only one of the output displays.
A1. Check the input selection on the display. Verify the display is capable of displaying the
video resolution of the HDMI source and reduce the video resolution of the video
source, as necessary. Check the HDMI cable connections. Try swapping out the HDMI
cable with a known good one.
Q2. There is no video on either output display.
A2. Verify that the video source is powered on and that video is being played. Verify that
the Power LED is illuminated. Verify that the two displays are capable of displaying the
video resolution of the HDMI source and reduce the video resolution of the video
source, as necessary. Check the HDMI cable connections. Try swapping out the HDMI
cable with a known good one.
Q3. The Power LED is not illuminated.
A3. Verify that the USB power source is operating properly. Try using a different USB
power source. Check the USB cable connections. Try swapping out the USB cable with
a known good one.
