SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
This device is intended for indoor use only.
Do not expose this device to water or moisture of any kind. Do not place drinks or
other containers with moisture on or near the device. If moisture does get in or on
the device, immediately unplug it from the power outlet and allow it to fully dry
before reapplying power.
Do not touch the device, the power cord, or any other connected cables with wet
hands.
If operating this speaker in a humid environment, ensure that no condensation
occurs. Condensation could cause damage to the speaker cone and could cause a
short in the amplifier, which in turn could cause fire or severe electric shock.
Do not expose this device to excessively high temperatures. Do not place it in, on,
or near heat sources, such as a fireplace, stove, radiator, etc. Do not leave it in direct
sunlight.
Do not subject the product to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature
or humidity.
Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or
detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth with warm water.
This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or
modify this device.
Keep away from corrosive materials.
Charge the battery before first use and at least once every three months.
This device contains a Lithium-ion battery. Dispose of this device only in accordance
with local, state, or federal regulations for electronic waste.

Thank you for purchasing this Bluetooth® Speaker!
This speaker features a Bluetooth radio, allowing for wireless connections with your mobile
devices. It features a 6500mAh internal rechargeable battery, which is capable of powering
the speaker for up to 15 hours of audio playback. A built-in microphone allows it to be used
as a hands-free communication device for making and receiving phone calls.

CONTROLS
Pause, Play, Phone Call Control

Press the button to start or stop audio playback.
When an incoming call is received, press the button to answer the call.
When an incoming call is received, press and hold the button for several
seconds to reject the call.
While a call is in progress, press the button to terminate the call.
During audio playback, press the button to skip back to the beginning of the
current track. If already at the beginning, it will skip back to the beginning of the
previous track.
Press and hold the button to decrease the volume level.
During audio playback, press the button to skip to the beginning of the next
track.
Press and hold the button to increase the volume level.

CHARGING
This device contains a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery, which can provide up to 15 hours
of audio playback. The battery should be fully charged prior to initial use and at least once
every 3 months.
When battery power is low, the speaker will begin to beep. When it does, turn the speaker
off and charge the battery. Perform the following steps to charge the battery in this
speaker.
1. Insert the DC barrel connector on the included AC power adapter into the INPUT
12V 1A port on the rear of the speaker, then plug the adapter into a nearby AC
power outlet. An LED indicator next to the power socket glows red whenever
power is applied.
2. When charging is complete, unplug the AC adapter from the AC power source, then
unplug the DC connector from the rear of the speaker.
Note that audio playback time will be greatly reduced when the USB charging port
is used.
POWER
To power the speaker ON, slide the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. The speaker
will beep
To power the speaker OFF, slide the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position.

BLUETOOTH® PAIRING
Perform the following steps to pair this speaker with your Bluetooth® enabled mobile
device.
1. Power the speaker on. The speaker will beep and the blue LED on the front will
begin blinking.
2. After a few seconds, the speaker will beep again and the blue LED will continue
blinking, indicating that it in Bluetooth® pairing mode.
If the speaker has already been paired with a device and that device is powered
on and is within range, the speaker will automatically connect with that device,
will beep, and the blue LED will stop blinking and glow steadily.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and search for nearby Bluetooth
devices.
4. Select the LeThump entry. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000 (four zeroes). The
speaker will beep and the blue LED will stop blinking and glow steadily. Depending
on your device, it will automatically connect. If it does not, select the entry on your
mobile device to connect with the speaker.
HANDLING PHONE CALLS
When an incoming call is received, audio playback will automatically pause and the
speaker will sound a ringtone.
Momentarily press the button to answer the call.
When the call is completed, momentarily press the button to terminate the call.
Audio playback will automatically resume.
To reject an incoming call, press and hold the button for several seconds.

AUXILIARY INPUT
To use the speaker with non-Bluetooth® enabled devices, you can use a 3.5mm audio cable
(not included) to connect the headphone output of your device to the auxiliary input on
the speaker.
Using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included), plug one end into the AUDIO IN jack on the rear
of the speaker, then plug the other end into the headphone output on your mobile device.
The Bluetooth radio is disabled whenever a cable is plugged into the speaker's auxiliary
input and the LED indicator on the front panel changes from blue to red.
HEADPHONE OUTPUT
This speaker features a 3.5mm stereo headphone output on the rear panel, allowing you to
enjoy music playback in private. To use the headphone output option, plug the 3.5mm TRS
plug on a pair of headphones (not included) into the headphone output on the rear panel.
USB CHARGING
This speaker features a USB charging port on the rear panel. You can use this as a USB
power source for charging or powering your USB powered mobile devices. To use the USB
charger, plug your USB charging cable (not included) into the OUTPUT 5V 1A port on the
rear panel.
