1. Description of components MT 88
2. Recommended spine width
1. The MT 88 thermal binder has a maximum binding capacity of 200 sheets.
2. The general guideline for selecting the thermal binding cover is as follows:
1 Put the machine on a flat table, then draw out the plastic panel on the back cover of the machine. 2 Plug the machine in a standard socket, then turn on the ON/OFF switch
 .
The red POWER light
will light up, the FINISHED light will turn yellow, the machine
will then start to heat up. 3 After approximately 2 minutes, the green READY light
comes on and the FINISHED
light
will change from yellow to green, then it will give a short beep (not long beep),
the machine can now be used. 4 Put the paper into the file, ensuring the edge of the paper is close to the heating glue. 5 Move the retaining bracket
upwards Fig. 1.
6 Put the file (spine side) into the binding slot
Fig. 2 and let the plate clamp the file tightly.
7 Push the PUSH button
, the FINISHED light will change to yellow and then about 50
seconds later, all the glue will melt in the file. The FINISHED light
will then change
to green, the binding will be finished with a short beep. 8 Pull the file out of the machine, and put it on the plastic panel
for cooling Fig. 3 and 4.
9 Press the Push
button to proceed with the next binding operation. If the object is not
bound well, please repeat the above procedure.
