Only specifically listed Liebherr appliances purchased from a participating retailer between January 1, 2020 and August 31,
2020 are eligible. No substitutions of other models allowed. Offer requires this completed mail-in form and a legible copy of store
receipt with the purchase price circled. Incomplete submissions will be returned to the sender for re-submission. Claim must be
postmarked no later than September 15, 2020. Resubmissions must be postmarked by September 30, 2020. Only handwritten claims will
be processed. Allow up to 8 weeks for processing. Submitted materials will not be returned. Not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected
