2 Hinweise

für den sicheren Gebrauch

Die Geräte entsprechen allen relevanten Richtlinien der EU und sind deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.

Beachten Sie auch unbedingt folgende Punkte:

Verwenden Sie die Geräte nur im Innenbereich und schützen Sie sie vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zu lässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40°C).

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Ge fäße, z. B. Trinkgläser, auf die Geräte.

Die in der Subwooferbox entstehende Wärme muss durch Luftzirkulation abgegeben werden. De cken Sie die Lüftungsöffnungen (Bassreflexöffnungen) nicht ab.

Nehmen Sie die Subwooferbox nicht in Betrieb oder zie hen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose,

1. wenn sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder am Netzkabel vorhanden sind,

2. wenn nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der Verdacht auf einen Defekt besteht,

3. wenn Funktionsstörungen auftreten.

Geben Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall zur Reparatur in eine Fachwerkstatt.

Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel darf nur durch eine Fachwerkstatt ersetzt werden.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel aus der Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker an.

Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, niemals Wasser oder Chemikalien.

Werden die Geräte zweckentfremdet, nicht richtig angeschlossen, falsch be dient oder nicht fach gerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für die Geräte übernommen werden.

Sollen die Geräte endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben Sie sie zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.

3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Dieses hochwertige Aktiv-Lautsprecherset eignet sich für HiFi-Anwendungen, für AV-Präsentationen am Computer, Fernsehgerät oder Projektor und für alle anderen Anwendungen in kleineren Räumen, bei denen es auf eine detailreiche Klangwiedergabe ankommt. Dabei kann ein Computer auch direkt über die USB-Schnittstelle angeschlossen werden.

Das Lautsprecherset besteht aus einem Subwoofer mit einem 25-cm-Basslautsprecher und Stereo-Lautsprecherboxen mit jeweils einem 10-cm-Tiefmitteltonlautsprecher mit Glasfasermembran und einem 2,54-cm-Kalotten hoch töner. Die Lautsprecher sind magnetisch abgeschirmt. Die Subwooferbox enthält zusätzlich den 3-KanalVerstärker für den Subwoofer und die Stereolautsprecher sowie Einstellmöglichkeiten für die Klangbalance.

Der Verstärker ist mit Schutzschaltungen gegen Kurzschluss und Überhitzung ausgestattet.

4 Aufstellen und Anschließen

Den Subwoofer auf einen ebenen Untergrund stellen. Die genaue Positionierung in der Mitte zwischen den Stereo-Lautsprechern ist beim Sub woofer nicht entscheidend, da die von ihm wiedergegebenen sehr tiefen Frequenzen nicht genau geortet werden können. Stellen Sie ihn jedoch nicht zu dicht an Wände oder in Ecken, weil dies den Frequenzgang verfälscht und die Wärmeabfuhr des eingebauten Verstärkers behindert. Ebenso dürfen die auf der Unterseite befindlichen Bassreflex-Öffnungen nicht abgedeckt werden.

Die Stereo-Lautsprecher auf einen ebenen Untergrund stellen und auf die Ohren des Hörers ausrichten. Die Hochtöner sollten sich möglichst auf Ohrhöhe befinden.

Vor dem Anschluss bzw. vor dem Ändern bestehender Anschlüsse die Subwooferbox und die anzuschließenden Geräte ausschalten.

Eine Signalquelle über eine der beiden in den Kapiteln 4.1 und 4.2 beschriebenen Anschlussmöglichkeiten mit dem Verstärker am Subwoofer verbinden. Aus den beiden Stereo-Kanälen der Signalquelle wird intern für den Subwoofer ein Mono-Signal gebildet.

4.1 Eingang LINE IN

Einen Stereo-Ausgang mit Line-Pegel (z. B. Ausgang eines Vorverstärkers, Mischpultes, CD-Spielers oder Computers) mit dem Eingang LINE IN (1) am Subwoofer verbinden.

4.2 USB-Eingang

Alternativ kann ein Computer auch über die Buchse PC USB (5) angeschlossen werden. Sobald die Lautsprecherbox mit dem laufenden Computer verbunden ist, wird sie von dessen Betriebssystem als USB-Audiogerät (Tonausgabe) erkannt. Bei Bedarf die vom Betriebssystem geforderten Gerätetreiber nachinstallieren und den Computer neu starten.

Die USB-Schnittstelle verfügt über eine Funktion zur Reduzierung der Dynamik des Audiosignals (DRC = Dynamic Range Control). Diese ist automatisch eingeschaltet, kann aber über das Betriebssystem

Es muss in der Systemsteuerung („Sounds und Audiogeräte“ bzw. „Hardware und Sound“) das Gerät „USB Sound Device“ für die „Soundwiedergabe“ gewählt sein (dies geschieht in der Regel automatisch beim Anschluss an den Computer). Über die erweiterten Einstellungen der Lautstärkeregelung im Fenster „Erweiterte Einstellungen für Lautsprecher“ den Haken im Kästchen unter „Andere Einstellungen“ entfernen bzw. auf der Registerkarte „Benutzer definiert“ bei

4.3 Stereo-Lautsprecher

Die Stereo-Lautsprecherboxen z. B. über die beiliegenden Lautsprecherkabel an die Lautsprecherausgänge SPEAKER OUT (6) der Subwooferbox anschließen (RIGHT = rechter Lautsprecher, LEFT = linker Lautsprecher). Dabei die Polarität beachten (Klemmen gleicher Farbe verbinden).

4.4 Stromversorgung

Den Stecker des Netzkabels (10) in eine Netzsteckdose (230 V~/50 Hz) stecken.

5 Bedienung

Hinweis: Um Schaltgeräusche zu vermeiden, die

Subwooferbox immer nach den angeschlossenen Geräten einschalten und nach dem Gebrauch zuerst ausschalten.

1) Den Regler VOLUME (2) zunächst auf MIN (Linksanschlag) stellen und die Subwooferbox mit dem Schalter POWER (8) einschalten. Die LED (7) leuchtet.

2) Musik wiedergeben und mit dem Regler VOL UME (2) die Lautstärke einstellen. Mit dem Regler SUB VOLUME (3) den gewünschten Tiefbassanteil dazumischen. Die Regler nur so weit aufdrehen, dass der Ton nicht verzerrt wiedergegeben wird.

3) Mit dem Regler FREQ (4) die obere Grenzfrequenz (50 –150 Hz) für den Subwoofer so einstellen, dass er den Klang der Stereo-Lautsprecher optimal ergänzt.

Wenn erforderlich, die Lautstärkebalance mit

dem Regler SUB VOLUME (3) korrigieren.

4) Nach dem Gebrauch die Subwooferbox mit dem Schalter POWER (8) wieder ausschalten.

2 Safety Notes

The units correspond to all relevant directives of the EU and are therefore marked with .

Please observe the following items in any case:

The units are suitable for indoor use only. Protect them against dripping water and splash water, high air humidity and heat (admissible ambient temperature range 0 – 40°C).

Do not place any vessel filled with liquid on the units, e. g. a drinking glass.

The heat generated inside the subwoofer system must be dissipated by air circulation. Do not cover the air vents (bass-reflex openings).

Do not operate the subwoofer system and immediately disconnect the mains plug from the socket

1. if the unit or the mains cable is visibly damaged,

2. if a defect might have occurred after the unit was dropped or suffered a similar accident,

3. if malfunctions occur.

In any case the unit must be repaired by skilled personnel.

A damaged mains cable must be replaced by skilled personnel only.

Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the mains plug from the socket, always seize the plug.

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never use water or chemicals.

3 Applications

This high-quality active speaker set is suited for hi-fi applications, for AV presentations on the computer, TV set or projector and for all other applications in small rooms where it is important to have a sound reproduction that is rich in detail. For this purpose, it is also possible to connect a computer directly via the USB interface.

The speaker set includes a subwoofer with a 25 cm bass speaker and stereo speaker systems equipped with a 10 cm bass-midrange speaker with glass fibre cone and a 2.54 cm dome tweeter each. The speakers are magnetically shielded. The subwoofer system also features the 3-channel amplifier for the subwoofer and the stereo speakers and adjusting facilities for balancing the sound.

The amplifier is provided with protective circuits to prevent short circuit and overheating.

4 Setting Up and Connecting

Set up the subwoofer on an even surface. It is not important to place the subwoofer exactly in the middle between the stereo speakers as it will not be possible to precisely locate the very low frequencies reproduced by the subwoofer. However, do not place it too close to walls or in corners; this would distort the frequency response and prevent the heat dissipation of the integrated amplifier. Likewise, do not cover the bass-reflex openings on the lower side.

Set up the stereo speakers on an even surface and align them to the ears of the listener. Place the tweeters at ear level, if possible.

Prior to making connections or changing any existing connections, switch off the subwoofer system and the units to be connected.

Connect a signal source via one of the two connection possibilities described in chapters 4.1 and

4.2 to the amplifier on the subwoofer. A mono sig-

nal for the subwoofer is internally created from the two stereo channels of the signal source.

4.1 Input LINE IN

Connect a stereo output with line level (e. g. output of a preamplifier, mixer, CD player or computer) to the input LINE IN (1) on the subwoofer.

4.2 USB input

Alternatively, connect the computer via the jack PC USB (5). Once the speaker system has been connected to the computer being operated, the operating system of the computer recognizes it as a USB audio unit (sound output). If required, install the drivers required by the operating system and restart the computer.

The USB interface is equipped with a function to reduce the dynamic range of the audio signal (DRC = dynamic range control). This function is switched on automatically, but can be deactivated via the

In the Control Panel (“Sounds and Audio Devices” or “Hardware and Sound”), select “USB Sound Device” for “Sound playback” (this is usually made automatically after connection to the computer). Via the advanced settings of the volume control in the window “Advanced Settings for Speaker”, uncheck the box under “Other Settings” or on the tab “Custom” for

4.3 Stereo speakers

Connect the stereo speaker systems (e. g. via the speaker cables provided) to the speaker outputs SPEAKER OUT (6) of the subwoofer system (RIGHT = right speaker, LEFT = left speaker). Please observe the polarity (connect the terminals of the same colour).

4.4 Power supply

Connect the plug of the mains cable (10) to a mains socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz).

If the units are to be put out of operation definitively, take them to a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the environment.

5 Operation

Note: To prevent switching noise, always switch on

the units connected before you switch on the subwoofer system and after use, switch off the subwoofer system first.

1) Set the VOLUME control (2) to MIN (left stop) for the time being and switch on the subwoofer system with the POWER switch (8). The POWER LED (7) lights up.

2) Reproduce music and adjust the volume with the VOLUME control (2). Add the desired low bass part with the SUB VOLUME control (3). When advancing the controls, make sure that the sound reproduction is not distorted.

3) With the FREQ control (4), adjust the upper cutoff frequency (50 – 150 Hz) for the subwoofer in such a way that it optimally completes the sound of the stereo speakers.

If required, readjust the volume balance with

the control SUB VOLUME (3).

4) After use, switch off the subwoofer system with the POWER switch (8).

CAUTION Never adjust the audio system to a

very high volume. Permanent high volumes may damage your hearing! Your ear will get accustomed to high volumes which do not seem to be that high after some time. Therefore, do not further increase a high volume after getting used to it.

3 Possibilités dʼutilisation

Ce système actif dʼenceintes, de grande qualité, est adapté pour des applications Hi-Fi, des présentations audio vidéo sur un ordinateur, un téléviseur ou un projecteur, et pour toute autre application dans des pièces de petites dimensions où une restitution sonore riche en détails est importante. Il est possible de relier directement un ordinateur via lʼinterface USB.

Le système dʼenceintes se compose dʼun subwoofer avec un haut-parleur de grave de 25 cm et dʼenceintes stéréo avec respectivement un hautparleur de grave médium 10 cm avec membrane en fibres de verre et un haut-parleur dʼaigu à dôme 2,54 cm. Les haut-parleurs sont blindés magnétiquement. Lʼenceinte subwoofer comporte en plus un amplificateur 3 canaux pour le subwoofer et les enceintes stéréo ainsi que les possibilités de réglage pour la balance.

Lʼamplificateur est doté de circuits de protection contre les courts-circuits et surchauffes.

4 Positionnement et branchement

Positionnez le subwoofer sur une surface plane. Le positionnement précis du subwoofer exactement au centre entre les enceintes stéréo nʼest pas capital puisque les fréquences très graves quʼil restitue ne peuvent pas être localisées avec précision. Cependant, ne le positionnez pas trop près des murs ou dans des coins car cela fausse la réponse en fréquence et peut gêner le dégagement de chaleur de lʼamplificateur intégré. De même les ouvertures bass-reflex situées dans la partie inférieure ne doivent pas être obturées.

Placez les enceintes stéréo sur une surface plane et dirigez-les vers les oreilles de lʼauditeur. Les haut-parleurs dʼaigu doivent se trouver, dans la mesure du possible, à la hauteur des oreilles.

Avant dʼeffectuer les branchements ou de modifier les branchements existants, veillez à éteindre le subwoofer et les appareils à relier.

Reliez une source de signal via une des deux possibilités de branchement présentées aux chapitres 4.1 et 4.2 à lʼamplificateur sur le subwoofer. A partir des deux canaux stéréo de la source de signal, un signal mono est constitué en interne pour le subwoofer.

4.1 Entrée LINE IN

Reliez une sortie stéréo avec niveau ligne (par exemple sortie dʼun préamplificateur, table de mixage, lecteur CD ou ordinateur) à lʼentrée LINE IN (1) sur le subwoofer.

4.2 Entrée USB

A la place, on peut brancher directement un ordinateur via la prise PC USB (5). Dès que lʼenceinte est reliée à lʼordinateur lui-même allumé, elle est reconnue par le système dʼexploitation de lʼordinateur comme appareil audio USB (restitution audio). Si besoin, installez les drivers nécessaires pour le système dʼexploitation et redémarrez lʼordinateur.

Lʼinterface USB dispose dʼune fonction pour diminuer la dynamique du signal audio (DRC = Dynamic Range Control). Elle est automatiquement activée, elle peut cependant être désactivée via le système dʼexploitation

Dans le panneau de configuration (“Sons et périphériques audio” ou “Matériel et audio”), il faut sélectionner lʼappareil “USB Sound Device” pour la “Lecture audio” (en général cela sʼeffectue automatiquement lors du branchement sur lʼordinateur). 4.3 Enceintes stéréo

Reliez les enceintes stéréo (par exemple via les câbles haut-parleur livrés) aux sorties haut-parleurs SPEAKER OUT (6) de lʼenceinte subwoofer (RIGHT = enceinte droite, LEFT = enceinte gauche). Veillez à respecter la polarité (connectez les borniers de la même couleur).

Reliez le cordon secteur (10) à une prise secteur 230 V~ / 50 Hz.

5 Utilisation

Conseil : Pour éviter tout bruit fort de commuta-

tion, allumez toujours les appareils reliés avant dʼallumer le subwoofer et éteignez-le en premier après utilisation.

1) Mettez le réglage VOLUME (2) tout dʼabord sur MIN (butée de gauche) et allumez lʼenceinte subwoofer avec lʼinterrupteur POWER (8). La LED (7) brille.

2) Faites jouer la musique et réglez le volume avec le réglage VOLUME (2). Avec le réglage SUB VOLUME (3), mixez la part de grave voulue. Tournez les réglages uniquement jusquʼà ce que le son soit restitué de manière non distordue.

3) Avec le réglage FREQ (4), réglez la fréquence de coupure supérieure (50 – 150 Hz) pour le subwoofer de telle sorte quʼil complète de manière optimale le son des enceintes stéréo.

Si besoin, corrigez la balance avec le réglage

SUB VOLUME (3).

4) Après utilisation, éteignez lʼenceinte subwoofer avec lʼinterrupteur POWER (8).

2 Avvertenze di sicurezza

2. dopo una caduta o dopo eventi simili sussiste il sospetto di un difetto;

3. gli apparecchi non funzionano correttamente.

Per la riparazione rivolgersi sempre ad unʼofficina competente.

Il cavo rete, se danneggiato, deve essere sostituito solo da un laboratorio specializzato

Staccare il cavo rete afferrando la spina, senza tirare il cavo.

Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido, asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso acqua o prodotti chimici.

Nel caso dʼuso improprio, di collegamenti sbagliati, dʼimpiego scorretto o di riparazione non a regola dʼarte degli apparecchi, non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per gli apparecchi.

3 Possibilità dʼimpiego

Questo set di altoparlanti attivi di alta qualità è adatto per delle applicazioni hifi, per presentazioni AV con un computer, un televisore o proiettore, nonché per tutte le applicazioni in ambienti minori dove è importante una riproduzione fedele del suono. È possibile collegare il computer direttamente tramite la porta USB.

Il set di altoparlanti è composto da un subwoofer con un woofer di 25 cm e da casse stereo, ognuna con un altoparlante midrange/woofer di 10 cm con membrana in fibra di vetro e un tweeter a cupola di 2,54 cm. Gli altoparlanti sono schermati magneticamente. La cassa subwoofer contiene in più lʼamplificatore a 3 canali per il subwoofer e per gli altoparlanti stereo nonché delle possibilità di re go lazione per il bilanciamento del suono.

Lʼamplificatore è equipaggiato con circuiti di protezione contro cortocircuiti e surriscaldamento.

4 Collocare e collegare

Sistemare il subwoofer su un sottofondo piano. Lʼesatto posizionamento nel centro fra gli altoparlanti stereo non è decisivo per il subwoofer, dato che le frequenze basse riprodotte dallo stesso non possono essere localizzate con esattezza. Comunque bisogna evitare di metterlo troppo vicino a pareti o in angoli, perché la risposta in frequenza risulterebbe sfalsata e la dissipazione del calore dellʼamplificatore integrato sarebbe compromessa. Anche le aperture bass-reflex sul lato inferiore non devono essere coperte.

Sistemare gli altoparlanti stereo su un sottofondo piano e orientarli verso le orecchie degli ascoltatori. Se possibile, i tweeter dovrebbero trovarsi allʼaltezza delle orecchie.

Prima del collegamento o della modifica di collegamenti esistenti spegnere gli apparecchi da collegare.

Collegare una fonte di segnali con lʼamplificatore del subwoofer, servendosi di una delle due possibilità di connessione descritte nei capitoli 4.1 e 4.2. I due canali stereo della sorgente di segnali generano internamento un segnale mono per il subwoofer.

4.1 Ingresso LINE IN

Collegare unʼuscita stereo con livello Line (p. es. lʼuscita di un preamplificatore, mixer, lettore CD o computer) con lʼingresso LINE IN (1) del subwoofer.

4.2 Porta USB

In alternativa è possibile collegare un computer anche per mezzo della presa PC USB (5). Quando la cassa è collegata con il computer acceso, è riconosciuta dal suo sistema operativo come dispositivo audio USB (riproduzione audio). Se necessario installare i driver richiesti dal sistema operativo e riavviare il computer.

La porta USB dispone di una funzione per ridurre la dinamicità del segnale audio (DRC = Dynamic Range Control). Tale funzione è attivata automaticamente, ma può essere disattivata tramite il sistema operativo

Nel Pannello di controllo (“Suoni e dispositivi audio” o “Hardware e suoni”) per la riproduzione audio deve essere scelto il dispositivo “USB Sound Device” (di solito ciò succede automaticamente con la connessione con il computer). Cliccare su “Controllo volume” e quindi su “Avanzate”. Nella finestra “Impostazioni avanzate per altoparlanti” oppure, per

sulla scheda “Definita dallʼutente”, togliere il segno di spunto da “Altre impostazioni”.

4.3 Altoparlanti stereo

Collegare le casse stereo con le uscite per altoparlanti SPEAKER OUT (6) della cassa subwoofer, servendosi per esempio dei cavi per altoparlanti in dotazione (RIGHT = altoparlante destro, LEFT = altoparlante sinistro). Rispettare la corretta polarità (collegare i morsetti che hanno lo stesso colore).

Inserire la spina del cavo di rete (10) in una presa di rete (230 V~ / 50 Hz).

5 Funzionamento

Nota: Per escludere rumori di commutazione,

accendere il subwoofer sempre dopo gli apparecchi collegati e spegnerlo per primo dopo lʼuso.

1) Portare su MIN (arresto a sinistra) il regolatore VOLUME (2) e accendere il subwoofer con lʼinterruttore POWER (8). Si accende il LED (7).

2) Riprodurre la musica, e con il regolatore VOLUME (2) impostare il volume. Con il regolatore SUB VOLUME (3) miscelare la parte desiderata dei bassi. Aprire i regolatori solo fino al punto da non avere delle distorsioni.

3) Con il regolatore FREQ (4) impostare la frequenza di taglio superiore (50 – 150 Hz) per il subwoofer in modo che completi perfettamente il suono degli altoparlanti stereo.

Se necessario, correggere il bilanciamento

del volume con il regolatore SUB VOLUME (3).

4) Dopo lʼuso, spegnere il subwoofer con lʼinterruttore POWER (8).

2 Notas de Seguridad

3 Aplicaciones

Este conjunto de altavoces activo está adecuado para aplicaciones HiFi, para presentaciones AV en el ordenador, TV o proyector y para cualquier otra aplicación en pequeñas salas donde sea importante tener una reproducción de sonido que sea rica en detalles. También se puede conectar directamente a un ordenador mediante la interfaz USB.

El conjunto de altavoces incluye un subwoofer con un altavoz de graves de 25 cm y recintos estéreo equipados cada uno con un altavoz de gravesmedios de 10 cm con membrana de fibra de cristal y un tweeter de cúpula de 2,54 cm. Los altavoces están blindados magnéticamente. El sistema subwoofer también contiene el amplificador de 3 canales para el subwoofer y los altavoces estéreo y funciones de ajuste para compensar el sonido.

El amplificador está provisto con circuitos para prevenir cortocircuitos y sobrecalentamientos.

4 Colocación y Conexión

Ponga el subwoofer en una superficie plana. No es importante el hecho de colocar el subwoofer exactamente centrado entre los altavoces estéreo ya que no es posible localizar con precisión las frecuencias tan bajas que reproduce el subwoofer. De todos modos, no lo coloque demasiado cerca de las paredes o en las esquinas; esto podría distorsionar la respuesta de frecuencia o impedir la disipación del calor del amplificador integrado. Asimismo, no cubra las aperturas Bass Reflex de la parte inferior.

Coloque los altavoces estéreo en una superficie plana y diríjalos a los oídos de la audiencia. Coloque los tweeters a la altura de los oídos, si es posible.

Antes de hacer o modificar cualquier conexión, desconecte el sistema subwoofer y todos los aparatos que hay que conectar.

Conecte una fuente de señal mediante una de las dos posibilidades de conexión descritas en los apartados 4.1 y 4.2 al amplificador del subwoofer. Una señal mono para el subwoofer se crea internamente desde los dos canales estéreo de la fuente de señal.

4.1 Entrada LINE IN

Conecte una salida estéreo con nivel de línea (p. ej. salida de un preamplificador, mezclador, lector CD o PC) a la entrada LINE IN (1) del subwoofer.

4.2 Entrada USB

Como alternativa, conecte el ordenador mediante la toma PC USB (5). Cuando se haya conectado el recinto al ordenador que se utiliza, el sistema operativo del ordenador lo reconocerá como un aparato de audio USB (salida de sonido). Si es necesario, instale los drivers que requiera el sistema operativo y reinicie el ordenador.

La interfaz USB está equipada con una función para reducir el rango dinámico de la señal de audio (DRC = control de rango dinámico). Esta función se activa automáticamente pero se puede desactivar mediante el sistema operativo

5 Funcionamiento

Nota: Para prevenir el ruido de conexión, active

siempre los aparatos conectados antes de conectar el sistema subwoofer y, después de utilizarlo, desconecte primero el sistema subwoofer.

1) Ponga el control VOLUME (2) en MIN (tope izquierdo) por el momento y conecte el sistema subwoofer con el interruptor POWER (8). Se ilumina el LED POWER (7).

2) Reproduzca música y ajuste el volumen con el control VOLUME (2). Añada los graves que quiera con el control SUB VOLUME (3). Cuando avance los controles, asegúrese de que la reproducción del sonido no se distorsiona.

3) Con el control FREQ (4), ajuste la frecuencia de corte superior (50 – 150 Hz) para el subwoofer de modo que complete el sonido de los altavoces estéreo de un modo óptimo.

Si es necesario, reajuste el balance del volu-

men con el control SUB VOLUME (3).

4) Después de utilizarlo, desconecte el sistema subwoofer con el interruptor POWER (8).

2 Środki bezpieczeństwa

Urządzenia spełniają wszystkie wymagania norm UE dzięki czemu zostały oznaczone symbolem .

Należy przestrzegać następujących zasad:

Zestaw jest przeznaczony tylko do użytku wewnątrz pomieszczeń. Należy chronić go przed działaniem wody, dużej wilgotności powietrza oraz wysokiej temperatury (dopuszczalny zakres 0 – 40 °C).

Na urządzeniu nie należy stawiać żadnych pojemników z płynem np. szklanek.

Ciepło generowane podczas pracy urządzenia jest emitowane poprzez otwory (bass-reflex). Dlatego nie wolno ich zasłaniać.

Nie wolno włączać subwoofera lub natychmiast odłączyć wtyczkę zasilającą z gniazdka

1. jeżeli stwierdzono istnienie widocznego uszkodzenia urządzenia, lub kabla zasilającego,

2. jeżeli uszkodzenie urządzenia mogło nastąpić w wyniku upadku lub innego podobnego zdarzenia,

3. jeżeli urządzenie działa nieprawidłowo.

W każdym przypadku, naprawę należy zlecić specjaliście.

Wymianę uszkodzonego kabla zasilającego należy zlecić specjaliście.

Nie wolno odłączać urządzenia z gniazdka sieciowego ciągnąc za kabel zasilania, należy zawsze chwytać za wtyczkę.

Do czyszczenia należy używać suchej, miękkiej tkaniny. Nie stosować wody ani chemicznych środków czyszczących.

Producent ani dostawca nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za wynikłe szkody: uszkodzenie sprzętu lub obrażenia użytkownika, jeśli urządzenie było używane niezgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem, nieprawidłowo zamontowane, podłączone lub obsługiwane bądź poddane nieautoryzowanej naprawie.

Po całkowitym zakończeniu eksploatacji, urządzenie należy oddać do punktu recyklingu, aby nie zaśmiecać środowiska.

3 Zastosowanie

Ten wysokiej jakości aktywny zestaw głośników przeznaczony jest do zastosowań w aplikacjach HiFi, w systemach AV z komputerem, TV lub projektorem oraz w innych systemach, wymagających dokładnego odtwarzania dźwięku, ze wszystkimi detalami. Podłączanie komputera możliwe jest bezpośrednio poprzez interfejs USB.

W skład zestawu wchodzi subwoofer z 25 cm głośnikiem basowym oraz dwa pracujące w systemie stereo głośniki, wyposażone w 10 cm drivery średnio-niskotonowe z membraną z włókna szklanego oraz 2,54 cm kopułki wysokotonowe. Drivery posiadają magnetyczne ekranowanie. Subwoofer posiada wbudowany wzmacniacz 3-kanałówy, zasilający także głośniki stereo oraz pozwalający na regulację balansu.

Wzmacniacz posiada obwody zabezpieczające przed przegrzaniem oraz zwarciem.

4 Przygotowanie do pracy

i podłączanie

Ustawić subwoofer na solidnym podłożu. Nie ma konieczności ustawiania subwoofera dokładnie w środku pomiędzy głośnikami stereo, gdyż ucho ludzkie nie lokalizuje precyzyjnie źródła bardzo niskich częstotliwości. Nie zaleca się jednak ustawiania głośnika zbyt blisko ścian lub w narożniku; może to spowodować zniekształcenie dźwięku oraz utrudnić odprowadzanie ciepła wytwarzanego przez wbudowany wzmacniacz. Z tego powodu, nie należy także zasłaniać otworów bass-reflex w dolnej części.

Ustawić głośniki stereo na płaskiej powierzchni i skierować je w stronę słuchaczy. Zaleca się, aby głośnik wysokotonowy znajdował się na wysokości uszu.

Przed przystąpieniem do podłączania lub zmiany połączeń należy bezwzględnie wyłączyć subwoofer oraz podłączane urządzenia.

Źródło dźwięku, podłączyć do jednego z dwóch wejść, opisanych w rozdz. 4.1 oraz 4.2. Sygnał mono dla subwoofera tworzony jest wewnętrznie z sygnałów z obu kanałów stereo.

4.1 Wejście LINE IN

Połączyć wyjście liniowe stereo źródła (np. przedwzmacniacz, mikser, odtwarzacz CD lub komputer) do wejścia LINE IN (1) na subwooferze.

4.2 Wejście USB

Alternatywnie, do podłączania komputera można wykorzystać wejście PC USB (5). Po podłączeniu z komputerem, system operacyjny auto matycznie wykryje nowe urządzenie USB audio (wyjście dźwięku). Jeżeli trzeba, zainstalować wy ma gane sterowniki i zrestartować komputer.

Interfejs USB wyposażony jest w funkcję redukcji dynamiki sygnału audio (DRC = dynamic range control). Funkcja ta jest włączana automatycznie, ale można ją wyłączyć w systemie operacyjnym

Poprzez zaawansowane ustawienia głośności w oknie “Zaawansowane ustawienia dla głośników”, odznaczyć pole poniżej “Inne ustawienia” lub w tabeli “Zdefiniowane przez użytkownika” dla

4.3 Głośniki stereo

Głośniki stereo podłączyć (np. za pomocą dołączonego kabla głośnikowego) do wyjścia głośnikowego SPEAKER OUT (6) na subwooferze (RIGHT = prawy kanał, LEFT = lewy kanał). Zwrócić uwagę na odpowiednią polaryzację (łączyć terminale o tych samych kolorach).

4.4 Zasilanie

Podłączyć kabel zasilający (10) do gniazdka sieciowego (230 V~ / 50 Hz).

5 Obsługa

Uwaga: Aby zapobiec trzaskowi podczas włącza-

nia, subwoofer należy włączać na końcu, po włączeniu pozostałych urządzeń, oraz wyłączać jako pierwszy.

1) Ustawić regulator VOLUME (2) na MIN (lewy stop) a następnie włączyć wzmacniacz w subwooferze przełącznikiem POWER (8). Zapali się dioda POWER (7).

2) Włączyć muzykę i ustawić żądaną głośność regulatorem VOLUME (2). Jeżeli trzeba, dopasować poziom pasma basowego, regulatorem SUB VOLUME (3). Zbyt mocne rozkręcenie regulatorów może spowodować przesterowanie i zniekształcenie dźwięku.

3) Za pomocą regulatora FREQ (4), ustawić górną częstotliwość odcięcia filtru (50 – 150 Hz) dla subwoofera w taki sposób, aby dopasować ją do dźwięku z głośników stereo.

Jeżeli trzeba, ustawić balans głośności za

pomocą regulatora SUB VOLUME (3).

4) Po zakończeniu pracy, wyłączyć wzmacniacz w subwooferze przełącznikiem POWER (8).

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
