Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Installateure mit
Fachkenntnissen in der 100-V-Beschallungstechnik besitzen. Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung
vor der Installation gründlich durch und heben
Sie sie für ein späteres Nachlesen auf.
1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Dieser Wandlautsprecher ist speziell für den
Einsatz in Beschallungsanlagen konzipiert, die
mit 100-V-Technik arbeiten. Die rechtwinklige
Form der beiden Befestigungslöcher ermöglicht es, den Lautsprecher sowohl horizontal
als auch vertikal aufzuhängen. Die Einstellung
der Lautstärke erfolgt durch die Auswahl der
Anschlussklemmen. Durch das 2-Wege-System wird eine gute Klangwiedergabe erreicht.
2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Der Lautsprecher entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien der EU und trägt deshalb das
-Zeichen.
•
Der Lautsprecher ist nur zur Verwendung im
Innenbereich geeignet. Schützen Sie ihn vor
Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).
•
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Wasser
oder Chemikalien.
•
Wird der Lautsprecher zweckentfremdet,
nicht fachgerecht montiert, falsch angeschlossen oder überlastet, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach- oder
Personenschäden und keine Garantie für
den Lautsprecher übernommen werden.
Soll der Lautsprecher endgültig aus
dem Betrieb genommen werden,
übergeben Sie ihn zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen
Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Installation
WARNUNG Im Betrieb liegt berührungsge-
fährliche Spannung bis 100 V
an der Lautsprecherleitung an.
Die Installation darf nur durch
Fachpersonal erfolgen.
Achten Sie auf die Belastung des ELA-Verstärkers durch die Lautsprecher. Eine Überlastung kann den Verstärker beschädigen!
Die Summe der Leistungen aller angeschlossenen Lautsprecher darf die Verstärkerleistung nicht überschreiten.
1) Vor der Installation des Lautsprechers den
ELA-Verstärker ausschalten, damit die
100-V-Audioleitung spannungsfrei ist!
2) Für die Montage an geeigneter Stelle der
Wand zwei Löcher im Abstand von 280 mm
bohren. Zwei passende Schrauben ggf. mit
Dübeln hineindrehen.
3) Den Lautsprecher an den ELA-Verstärker anschließen: Die schwarze Anschlussklemme
COM und die Klemme, die der gewünschten Nennbelastung (Lautstärke) entspricht,
mit der 100-V-Audioleitung verbinden:

Beim Anschluss von mehreren Lautsprechern darauf achten, dass die Lautsprecher alle gleich gepolt werden (z. B.
COM-Klemme = Minuspol) und dass der
Verstärker nicht überlastet wird.
4) Den Lautsprecher auf die Schraubenköpfe
hängen.

PA Wall Speaker
These instructions are intended for installers
with sufficient knowledge in 100 V technology
for PA applications. Please read the instructions carefully prior to installation and keep
them for later reference.
1 Applications
This wall speaker is designed for PA systems
that work with 100 V technology. Due to the
rectangular shape of the two mounting holes,
the wall speaker can be mounted vertically or
horizontally. The volume is set by the terminals selected. The wall speaker is designed as
a 2-way system to provide good sound reproduction.
2 Important Notes
The wall speaker corresponds to all relevant
directives of the EU and is therefore marked
with
.
•
The wall speaker is suitable for indoor use
only. Protect it against dripping water and
splash water, high air humidity and heat
(admissible ambient temperature range:
0 – 40 °C).
•
For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never
use water or chemicals.
•
No guarantee claims for the wall speaker
and no liability for any resulting personal
damage or material damage will be accepted if the wall speaker is used for other
purposes than originally intended, if it is not
properly mounted, if it is not correctly connected or if it is overloaded.
If the speaker is to be put out of operation definitively, take it to a local
recycling plant for a disposal which
will not be harmful to the environment.
3 Mounting
WARNING During operation, there is a haz-
ard of contact with a voltage
of up to 100 V at the speaker
cable. Installation must be made
by skilled personnel only.
Observe the load of the PA amplifier by the
speaker systems. The amplifier may be damaged when overloaded! The total power of
all speaker systems connected must not exceed the amplifier power.
1) Before installing the wall speaker, first
switch off the PA amplifier so that the 100 V
audio line will not carry any voltage!
2) For mounting the wall speaker, drill two
holes (distance: 280 mm) at a suitable location into the wall. Insert two adequate
screws; if necessary, use wall plugs.
3) Connect the wall speaker to the PA amplifier: Connect the black terminal COM and
the terminal that corresponds to the rated
power (volume) desired to the 100 V audio
line.

When connecting multiple speakers, make
sure that all speakers have the same polarity (e. g. COM terminal = negative pole) and
that the amplifier is not overloaded.
4) Hang the wall speaker on the screw heads.
