Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Installateure

Deutsch

für Beschallungsanlagen (Kapitel 1 – 7) und
an Bediener ohne besondere Fachkenntnisse
(Kapitel 1 – 3 und Kapitel 6). Bitte lesen Sie
die Anleitung vor dem Betrieb gründlich
durch und heben Sie sie für ein späteres
Nachlesen auf.

1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten

Dieser kompakte und einfach zu bedienende Ver­stärker ist für den Aufbau einer kleinen Beschal­lungsanlage in 100-V-Technik konzipiert. Seine
Nennausgangsleistung beträgt 40 W. Der Verstär­ker ist mit einer Schutzschaltung gegen Überhit­zung ausgestattet.

2 Hinweise für den

sicherenGebrauch

Das Gerät entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien
der EU und trägt deshalb das

cher Netzspannung versorgt. Neh­men Sie deshalb niemals selbst
Eingriffe am Gerät vor und stecken
Sie nichts durch die Lüftungsöff­nungen! Es besteht die Gefahr

eines elektrischen Schlages.
Im Betrieb liegt am Lautsprecheranschluss (4)
berührungsgefährliche Spannung bis 100 V an.
Führen Sie deshalb alle Anschlüsse nur bei aus­geschaltetem Verstärker durch.

Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur im Innenbereich.

•

Schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser,
hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger
Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Ge-

•

fäße, z. B. Trinkgläser, auf das Gerät.
Nehmen Sie den Verstärker nicht in Betrieb und

•

ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steck­dose:

1. wenn sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder am
Netzkabel vorhanden sind,

2. wenn nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der
Verdacht auf einen Defekt besteht,

3. wenn Funktionsstörungen auftreten.

Geben Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall zur Reparatur
in eine Fachwerkstatt.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel aus

der Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker an.
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes,

weiches Tuch, niemals Chemikalien oder Was­ser.

3 Montage und Anschluss

desVerstärkers

Den Verstärker an geeigneter Stelle festschrau­ben. Dabei darauf achten, dass Luft ungehindert
durch die Kühlrippen an der Geräterückseite und
die Lüftungsöffnungen im Gehäuse strömen
kann, damit eine ausreichende Kühlung gewähr­leistet ist.

Alle Anschlüsse sollten nur durch Fachpersonal
und unbedingt bei ausgeschalteten Geräten vor­genommen werden!

1) Für den Anschluss einer Signalquelle mit
Line-Pegel (z. B. MP3 / CD-Spieler, Radio, Misch­pult) gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:

a) Für symmetrische Signale eignet sich die

XLR-Buchse (3).

b) Für asymmetrische Signale eignen sich die

Cinch-Buchsen (2). Bei der gleichzeitigen
Nutzung beider Cinch-Buchsen werden die
Eingangssignale gemischt. Dadurch wird
beim Anschluss einer Stereo-Signalquelle
ein Monosignal erzeugt.

2) An die Steckschraubklemme SPEAKER OUT­PUT (4) die 100-V-Lautsprecher alle parallel an­schließen. Hierbei darf eine Gesamtbelastung
von 40 W Sinus durch die Lautsprecher nicht
überschritten werden. Beim Anschluss von
mehreren Lautsprechern darauf achten, dass
die Lautsprecher alle gleich gepolt werden (z. B.
linke Klemme = Minusanschluss).

Tipp: Die Klemme lässt sich zur leichteren Handha-

bung beim Anschließen aus ihrer Steckverbindung
herausziehen.

3) Zuletzt das beiliegende Netzkabel an die Netz­buchse (5) anschließen und den Stecker in eine
Steckdose (230 V/ 50 Hz) stecken.

4 Bedienung

Das Ohr gewöhnt sich an sie und empfindet sie
nach einiger Zeit als nicht mehr so hoch. Darum
eine hohe Lautstärke nach der Gewöhnung nicht
weiter erhöhen.

Hinweis: Um Schaltgeräusche zu vermeiden, den Ver­stärker immer nach den angeschlossenen Geräten ein­schalten und nach dem Gebrauch zuerst ausschalten.

1) Den Regler LEVEL (1) zunächst auf „0“ drehen
und den Verstärker mit dem Schalter POWER
(7) einschalten. Der Schalter leuchtet.

2) Mit dem Regler LEVEL die gewünschte Laut­stärke einstellen.

3) Nach dem Gebrauch den Verstärker mit dem
Schalter POWER wieder ausschalten.

(chapters 1 – 3 and chapter 6). Please read
the instructions carefully prior to operation
and keep them for later reference.

1 Applications

This compact and easy-to-use amplifier is de­signed for small PA systems using 100 V. Its rated
output power is 40 W. The amplifier features a
protective circuit against overheating.

2 Safety Notes

The unit corresponds to all relevant directives of
the EU and is therefore marked with .

WARNING The unit uses dangerous mains

voltage. Leave servicing to skilled
personnel only and never insert
anything into the air vents! Inex­pert handling may result in electric

shock.
During operation, there is a hazard of contact
with a dangerous voltage up to 100 V at the
speaker terminal (4). Always switch off the am­plifier before connecting.

The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect

•

it against dripping water and splash water, high
air humidity and heat (admissible ambient tem­perature range 0 – 40 °C).

Do not place any vessel filled with liquid on the

•

unit, e. g. a drinking glass.
Do not operate the amplifier and immediately

•

disconnect the mains plug from the socket

1. if the unit or the mains cable is visibly dam­aged,

2. if a defect might have occurred after the unit
was dropped or suffered a similar accident,

3. if malfunctions occur.

In any case the unit must be repaired by skilled
personnel.

Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the

•

mains plug from the socket, always seize the
plug.

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never use

•

water or chemicals.

•

for any resulting personal damage or material
damage will be accepted if the unit is used for
other purposes than originally intended, if it is
not correctly connected or operated, or if it is
not repaired in an expert way.

If the unit is to be put out of operation
definitively, take it to a local recycling
plant for a disposal which is not harmful
to the environment.

3 Installation and Connection

oftheAmplifier

Install the amplifier at a suitable place. To ensure
sufficient cooling, air must always be able to flow
freely through the cooling fins on the rear side of
the unit and through the air vents of the housing.

All connections should be made by skilled per­sonnel only. Always switch off the units before
connecting!

1) There are two possibilities for connecting a sig­nal source with line level (e. g. MP3 / CD player,
radio, mixer):

a) For balanced signals, use the XLR jack (3).
b) For unbalanced signals, use the RCA

jacks (2). When both RCA jacks are used
at the same time, the input signals will be
mixed. This will result in a mono signal when
a stereo signal source is connected.

2) Connect all 100 V speakers in parallel to the
plug-in screw terminal SPEAKER OUTPUT (4).
The speakers must not exceed a total load of
40 W RMS. When connecting several speakers
always make sure that they have the same po­larity (e. g. left terminal = negative connection).

Hint: When connecting, handling will be easier if you

disconnect the terminal from its plug-in connection.

3) Finally connect the mains cable provided to
the mains jack (5), then connect the plug to a
mains socket (230 V/ 50 Hz).

4 Operation

CAUTION Never adjust the amplifier to a

very high volume. Permanent high
volumes may damage your hear-

ing!
Your ear will get accustomed to high volumes
which do not seem to be that high after some
time. Therefore, do not further increase a high
volume after getting used to it.

Note: To prevent switching noise, always switch on the
units connected before switching on the amplifier. After
use, switch off the amplifier first.

1) Set the control LEVEL (1) to “0” for the time
being. Switch on the amplifier with the POWER
switch (7); the switch is illuminated.

2) Adjust the desired volume with the control
LEVEL.

3) After use, switch off the amplifier with the
POWER switch.

1 Possibilités d’utilisation

Cet amplificateur compact et simple à utiliser est
conçu pour un montage dans une petite installa­tion de sonorisation 100 V. Sa puissance de sortie
nominale est de 40 W. L’amplificateur est doté
d’un circuit de protection contre les surchauffes.

2 Conseils d’utilisation et de sécurité

L’appareil répond à toutes les directives néces­saires de l’Union européenne et porte donc le
symbole .

AVERTISSEMENT L’appareil est alimenté par une

tension dangereuse. Ne tou­chez jamais l’intérieur de l’ap­pareil et ne faites rien tomber
dans les ouïes de ventilation !

Risque de décharge électrique.
Pendant le fonctionnement, une tension dange­reuse jusqu’à 100 V est présente au bornier haut­parleur (4). Tous les branchements ne doivent être
effectués que lorsque l’appareil est éteint.

L’appareil n’est conçu que pour une utilisation

•

en intérieur.Protégez-les de tout type de projec­tions d’eau, des éclaboussures, d’une humidité
élevée de l’air et de la chaleur (plage de tempé­rature de fonctionnement autorisée : 0 – 40 °C).

En aucun cas, vous ne devez poser d’objet

•

contenant du liquide ou un verre sur l’appareil.
Ne faites pas fonctionner l’amplificateur ou dé-

•

branchez-le immédiatement du secteur lorsque:

1. des dommages visibles apparaissent sur l’ap­pareil ou sur le cordon secteur,

2. après une chute ou un cas similaire, vous avez
un doute sur l’état de l’appareil,

3. des dysfonctionnements apparaissent.

Dans tous les cas, les dommages doivent être
réparés par un technicien spécialisé.

Ne débranchez jamais l’appareil en tirant sur le

cordon secteur ; retirez toujours le cordon sec­teur en tirant la fiche.

Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon sec et

doux, en aucun cas de produits chimiques ou
d’eau.

dommages matériels ou corporels résultants si
l’appareil est utilisé dans un but autre que celui
pour lequel il a été conçu, s’il n’est pas correcte­ment branché ou utilisé ou s’il n’est pas réparé
par une personne habilitée; en outre, la garantie
deviendrait caduque.

Lorsque l’appareil est définitivement retiré
du service, vous devez le déposer dans une
usine de recyclage adaptée pour contri­buer à son élimination non polluante.

3 Montage et branchement

Vissez l’amplificateur à l’endroit voulu. Veillez à
ce que l’air puisse circuler librement via les ailettes
de refroidissement sur la face arrière de l’appareil
et via les ouïes de ventilation sur le boîtier pour
assurer un refroidissement suffisant.

Seul un personnel qualifié peut effectué les bran­chements et uniquement lorsque les appareils
sont éteints.

1) Il existe deux possibilités pour brancher une
source de signal avec niveau ligne (par exemple
lecteur MP3 / CD, radio, table de mixage) :

a) Prise XLR femelle (3) pour des signaux sy-

métriques.

b) Prises RCA femelles (2) pour des signaux asy-

métriques. Si vous utilisez simultanément les
deux prises RCA, les signaux d’entrée sont
mixés. Ainsi, un signal mono est créé lors du
branchement d’une source de signal stéréo.

2) Reliez en parallèle les haut-parleurs 100 V au
bornier SPEAKER OUTPUT (4). La puissance to­tale de 40 W RMS ne doit pas être dépassée par
les haut-parleurs. Si vous branchez plusieurs
haut-parleurs, veillez à ce que tous les haut­parleurs aient la même polarité (par exemple
borne gauche : branchement moins).

Conseil : Vous pouvez retirer la borne pour une meil-

leure manipulation lors des branchements.

3) Reliez le cordon secteur livré à la prise secteur
(5) et à une prise 230 V/ 50 Hz.

4 Utilisation

ATTENTION Ne réglez jamais le volume sur

L’oreille s’habitue à des volumes élevés et ne les
perçoit plus comme tels au bout d’un certain
temps. Nous vous conseillons donc de régler le
volume et de ne plus le modifier.

Conseil : Pour éviter tout bruit fort à l’allumage, allumez
toujours l’amplificateur après les appareils reliés et après
utilisation, éteignez-le en premier

1) Tournez tout d’abord le réglage LEVEL (1) sur
«0» et allumez l’amplificateur avec l’interrup­teur POWER (7). L’interrupteur s’allume.

2) Avec le réglage LEVEL, réglez le volume sou­haité.

3) Après utilisation, éteignez l’amplificateur avec
l’interrupteur POWER.

1 Possibilità d’impiego

Questo amplificatore compatto e facile da usare è
stato realizzato per l’installazione di un piccolo im­pianto di sonorizzazione con uscita audio 100 V.
La sua potenza d’uscita nominale è di 40 W. L’am­plificatore è equipaggiato con un circuito protet­tivo contro il surriscaldamento.

2 Avvertenze di sicurezza

Quest’apparecchio è conforme a tutte le direttive
rilevanti dell’UE e pertanto porta la sigla

AVVERTIMENTO L’apparecchio è alimentato con

pericolosa tensione di rete. Non
intervenire mai personalmente
al suo interno e non inserire
niente nelle fessure di aera­zione! Esiste il pericolo di una

scarica elettrica.
Durante il funzionamento, al contatto per alto­parlanti (4) è presente una tensione fino a 100 V,
pericolosa in caso di contatto. Perciò eseguire tutti
i collegamenti solo con l’amplificatore spento.

Usare l’apparecchio solo all’interno di locali. Pro-

teggerlo dall’acqua gocciolante e dagli spruzzi
d’acqua, da alta umidità dell’aria e dal calore
(temperatura d’impiego ammessa fra 0 e 40 °C).

Non depositare sull’apparecchio dei contenitori

•

riempiti di liquidi, p. es. bicchieri.
Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio e stac-

•

care subito la spina rete se:

1. l’apparecchio o il cavo rete presentano dei
danni visibili;

2. dopo una caduta o dopo eventi simili sussiste
il sospetto di un difetto;

3. l’apparecchio non funziona correttamente.

Per la riparazione rivolgersi sempre ad un’offi­cina competente.

Staccare il cavo rete afferrando la spina, senza

tirare il cavo.
Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,

•

asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso acqua
o prodotti chimici.

smaltimento ad un’istituzione locale per
il riciclaggio.

3 Montaggio e collegamento

dell’amplificatore

Avvitare l’amplificatore in un posto adatto facendo
attenzione che l’aria possa circolare liberamente
attraverso le alette di raffreddamento sul retro
dell’apparecchio e attraverso le aperture d’aera­zione nel contenitore per garantire un raffredda­mento sufficiente.

Tutti i collegamenti dovrebbero essere eseguiti
solo da personale specializzato e assolutamente
con gli apparecchi spenti!

1) Per il collegamento di una fonte di segnali con
livello Line (p. es. lettore MP3 / CD, radio, mixer)
esistono due possibilità:
a) Per segnali bilanciati è adatta la presa

XLR(3).

b) Per segnali sbilanciati sono adatte le prese

RCA (2). Se si usano le due prese RCA con­temporaneamente, i segnali d’ingresso ven­gono miscelati. In questo caso, collegando
una fonte di segnali stereo, si genera un
segnale mono.

2) Collegare gli altoparlanti 100 V in parallelo con

Un consiglio: Il morsetto può essere sfilato dal suo

connettore per facilitarne l’uso durante il collega­mento.

3) Alla fine, collegare il cavo in dotazione con la
presa (5) e inserire la spina in una presa di rete
(230 V/ 50 Hz).

4 Funzionamento

ATTENZIONE Mai tenere molto alto il volume

L’orecchio si abitua agli alti volumi e dopo un
certo tempo non se ne rende più conto. Perciò
non aumentare il volume successivamente.

N. B.: Per escludere rumori di commutazione, accendere
l’amplificatore sempre dopo gli apparecchi collegati, e
dopo l’uso spegnerlo per primo.

1) Girare il regolatore LEVEL (1) dapprima sullo
“0” e accendere l’amplificatore con l’interrut­tore POWER (7). L’interruttore s’illumina.

2) Con il regolatore LEVEL impostare il volume
desiderato.

3) Dopo l’uso, spegnere l’amplificatore con l’in­terruttore POWER.
