The unit shall be a Washtech glasswasher with Watermark certification. The glasswasher shall have OneTouch multi-cycle upper mounted controls with one, two and
three minute complete operating cycles including operator selectable cold final rinse. The unit shall accept all racks up to 435mm square with 290mm door clearance
for tall glasses. The unit shall have upper and lower wash and rinse jets and hot water consumption of 2 litres per cycle. A detergent injector shall be fitted and the unit
shall be supplied in 100% recyclable shipping packaging. Electrical supply to be 15 amp single phase.
