The unit shall be a Washtech glasswasher with Watermark certiﬁcation. The unit shall have a one minute complete operating cycle and shall accept 365mm x 435mm glass racks with 290mm door clearance for tall glasses. The unit shall be ﬁtted with a wash system which recirculates wash water at a nominal rate of 100 litres per minute and water consumption of 1.5 litres per cycle. A detergent injector shall be ﬁtted and the unit shall be supplied in 100% recyclable shipping packaging. Electrical supply to be 15 amp single phase.
