The CD 100 is a fully automatic rack conveyor dishwasher with a powerful wash zone, followed by a ﬁnal rinse zone which is controlled to ensure that water is consumed only when racks are in the rinse zone.

The unit shall be a Watermark certiﬁed Washtech rack conveyor dishwasher with a standard setting of 100 dishracks per hour, with optional higher speed settings, and maximum water consumption of 300 litres per hour. The unit shall be supplied with 500mm cup and dishracks and have a vertical wash chamber clearance of 400mm. The unit shall be ﬁtted with a l.5kW wash pump and removable all stainless rinse arms and wash arms in cassettes all with removable end plugs for easy cleaning. Access to the wash chamber shall be via a full width countersprung front door. The unit shall be ﬁtted with dual drive bars, automatic ﬁll and low level water protection and a rinse economizer to ensure that water is consumed only while racks are in the rinse zone. The unit shall be shipped in 100% recyclable packaging. Height of machine shown includes height with maximum 60mm adjustable leg option in use.
