WARRANTY STATEMENT
Modularm warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of the original installation. Any products found to
Modularm’s satisfaction to be defective upon examination at Modularm’s factory will at Modularm’s option, be repaired or replaced and returned to purchaser via lowest common carrier. Return of the defective
product to Modularm’s plant, freight prepaid, by purchaser, correction of such defect by repair or replacement, and return freight via lowest common carrier, shall constitute full performance by Modularm of
its obligations hereunder. Modularm shall have no liability for expenses incurred for repairs made by purchaser except by prior, written authorization. Every claim on ac
