Coal Installation Step 1

Locate screws holding in the glass and remove

Carefully remove glass panel by pulling on the tabs
located on the left and right side of the firebox.

Locate Coal media, black paint, clear strip and
orange strip inside the firebox before beginning
installation.

Insert clear strip in the center of the firebox covering the
internal components. Place orange strip on top of clear
strip. Place desired amount of stone on strip thoroughly
covering the bottom.

Place cardboard behind stones covering the orange
back drop and then lightly dust the white stones with
the black paint. Apply the desired amount of paint for
coal look.

Allow paint to dry and then replace glass over the front

of the unit.
