Mocka Zed Scooter Assembly Instructions Manual

Before you use your scooter, read these instructions carefully and make sure you keep them in a safe place for further reference.
WARNING: Always wear a helmet, shoes and
protective equipment and observe all local road rules.
SAFETY RULES:
1. Before every ride, check that the screws and clamping levers are tight, that the folding mechanism has clicked into position and the securing lever is locked tight.
3. We recommend adult supervision at all times.
4. Do not ride your scooter on the road, and abide with all local laws in your area. Wear a helmet and footwear at all times when riding.
5. Your scooter is built for riding and not jumping.
6. Do not exceed 100kg.
7. Ride the scooter in flat, clear and dry areas. Avoid water, sand and loose gravel.
8. Do not ride at night.
9. Please do not modify the scooter.
10. Please regularly check and tighten all parts on your scooter.

Scooter Setup
Open quick release lever (9) and unscrew. Pull and hold the folding mechanism lever (6) and push handlebar column forward until the handlebar clicks into position. Then tighten the quick release so that the lever can be folded down firmly.
Caution - make sure that the quick release lever (9) is always closed, as shown in [A] on the picture. The lever should never face into the riding direction otherwise the lever can touch the wheel.

Open the quick release lever (4) at the handlebar column. Pull out the upper part with the handlebar until the push button (5) clicks into position. You can choose between two different heights. Secure the T-Bar (3) with the quick release (4). Push the grips into the openings at the ends of the handlebar. Make sure that the push buttons click into position.
RIDING
Control your speed at all times, and ride within your abilities.
BRAKING
When you want to brake, put your foot on the rear brake and apply pressure.
IMPORTANT: If you are too fast or if the rear wheel has picked up oil, water, stones etc. then the braking effect can be reduced.
MAINTENANCE & CARE
After using your scooter, thoroughly clean it and if necessary rub the wheels dry with a cloth. Remove stones or anything else that may have stuck in the wheels. Dry and clean the ball-bearings regularly and replace if worn out. Smooth off any sharp edges that may have resulted from the use of the scooter.
Store inside.
