Lesen Sie diese Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung, bevor Sie mit dem Anschluss und der Inbetriebnahme des MOBITRONIC Gleichrichters beginnen.
Nichtbeachtung kann zu Personen- oder Materialschäden führen.
Allgemeine Sicherheits- und Einbauhinweise
Warnung! Folgende grundsätzliche Sicher-
heitsmaßnahmen sind beim Gebrauch von
elektrischen Geräten zum Schutz vor

Zum Gerät
- Um bei Gefahr den MOBITRONIC Gleichrichter schnell vom Netz trennen zu können, muss
sich die Steckdose in der Nähe des Gerätes
befinden und leicht zugänglich sein!
- Benutzen Sie den MOBITRONIC Gleichrichter
nur für den vom Hersteller angegebenen
Verwendungszweck!
- Unterbrechen Sie bei Arbeiten am
MOBITRONIC Gleichrichter immer die Stromversorgung!
- Es bleiben auch nach Auslösen der Schutzeinrichtung (Sicherung) Teile des MOBITRONIC
Gleichrichters unter Spannung!
- Betreiben Sie den MOBITRONIC Gleichrichter
nur, wenn das Gehäuse und die Leitungen
unbeschädigt sind!
- Die Wartung und Reparatur darf nur durch
eine Fachkraft geschehen, die mit den damit
verbundenen Gefahren bzw. einschlägigen
Vorschriften vertraut ist.
- Achten Sie auf gute Belüftung!
- Betreiben Sie den MOBITRONIC Gleichrichter
nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung!
- Sicher Sie den MOBITRONIC Gleichrichter so,
dass Kinder keinen Zugriff darauf haben!
- Stellen oder befestigen Sie den MOBITRONIC
Gleichrichter so, dass er nicht umstürzen oder
herabfallen kann!
Achtung bei Installation auf Booten!
- Bei falscher Installation elektrischer Geräte auf
Booten kann es zu Korrosionsschäden am
Boot kommen. Die Installation des
MOBITRONIC Gleichrichters sollte von einem
fachkundigen (Boots-) Elektriker durchgeführt
werden.
Elektrische Leitungen
- Benutzen Sie Leerrohr bzw. Leitungsdurchführungen, wenn Leitungen durch Blechwände
oder andere scharfkantige Wände geführt
werden müssen!
- Verlegen Sie Leitungen nicht lose oder scharf
abgeknickt!
- Ziehen Sie nicht an Leitungen!
- Verlegen Sie nicht 110-240 V Netzleitung und
12 V Gleichstromleitung im gleichen Leitungskanal (Leerrohr)!
- Halten Sie den angegebenen Mindestkabel-
querschnitt ein!
- Befestigen Sie die Leitungen gut!
- Verlegen Sie die Leitungen so, dass keine
Stolpergefahr entsteht und eine Beschädigung
des Kabels ausgeschlossen ist!
Verwendungszweck
Mit Hilfe des MOBITRONIC Gleichrichters lassen sich alle Kühlboxen und Kühlschränke mit dem
Kompressortyp BD35F/50F an 110-240 V betreiben. Bei 110-240 V Netzanschluss schaltet der
Gleichrichter automatisch von Batteriebetrieb um auf Netzbetrieb. Wird das 110-240 V Netz abgetrennt, schaltet der Gleichrichter automatisch wieder auf Batteriebetrieb um. Netzbetrieb - über den
MOBITRONIC Gleichrichter - hat immer Vorrang vor Batteriebetrieb.

kann über die Anschlußklemmen D+ und Doder über die Steckdose an der Frontplatte
erfolgen.
Achtung! Beim Anklemmen auf die Polarität
achten. Die Leitung zwischen der Batterie
und dem Gerät muss mit einer Sicherung
(15 A bei 12 V bzw. 7,5 A bei 24 V, möglichst
nah an der Batterie) abgesichert werden.
Um Spannungs- und Leistungsverluste zu
vermeiden, sollten die Leitungswege möglichst
kurz gewählt und nicht unterbrochen werden.
Bestimmen Sie den notwendigen Leitungsquerschnitt anhand der Tabelle auf Seite 4.
