Mobilaris Equipment Tag
Rugged tag for fixed installation in vehicles and equipment with 12/24 volt power supply.
DESCRIPTION
The tag is embedded in a protective case to allow discrete mounting in vehicles and equipment. It communicates with Mobilaris Mining Intelligence to provide location as well as other types of sensor data.
The 2-colored LED indicates the following: Operational status:
Green = CCX communication ongoing Red and green = Connecting to access point

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
The tag should either be screwed or mounted using adhesive pads on the dashboard or windshield. The tag must be clearly visible through the windshield.
Consider the following during mounting:
Maximum Torque, 1 lb ft / 1.5 Nm
Screw, ø 1/8” - 5/32” / 3-4 mm
Do not tighten too hard - the tag should not bend
Do not place the tag too close to other electrical applicances that generates magnetic fields (See self-test
2)
Avoid mounting the tag closer than 1 3/16 ″ (30 mm) to metal surfaces since it may reduce the range of the WiFi radio and Exciter detection.
