Collegamento alla rete di alimentazione

Prima di connettere l’alimentatore/adattatore esterno alla rete, accertatevi che la tensione sia corrispondente a quella indicata (tolleranza max ±10%).

Collegamenti, accensione e spegnimento

Effettuate i collegamenti sempre ad apparti spenti. Accendete e spegnete GRINTA ad apparato di amplificazione audio spento.

Compact Flash

Inserite e rimuovete le Compact Flash di inserimento, diversamente si possono causare malfunzionamenti o perdite di dati.

GRINTA è compatibile con le specifiche <CF> CompactFlashTM ed è stato testato con successo con un vastissimo numero di card realizzate da Case Costruttrici diverse. Tuttavia M-Live declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali perdite di dati; altresì declina ogni responsabilità per malfunzionamenti con Compact Flash diverse da quelle commercializzate con marchio M-Live.

Protezione e manutenzione

Evitate esposizioni prolungate dell’apparato all’irradiazione solare diretta, a intense fonti di calore, a forti vibrazioni, ad ambienti particolarmente umidi o polverosi, alla pioggia, poiché possono essere causa di malfunzionamenti, deterioramenti e perfino shock elettrici. Per rimuovere l’eventuale deposito di polvere usate un panno morbido asciutto o un pennello: usate mai alcool, acetone o solventi vari. Non sono necessarie ulteriori manutenzioni.

MEMORIE DI GRINT A & COMPATIBILITA’

Per la gestione ottimale delle canzoni GRINTA richiede

Compact Flash formattate in standard M-Live. Standard diversi sono compatibili, ma offrono prestazioni inferiori (ad es. vengono letti solo i file della directory principale, i titoli non sono elencati in ordine alfabetico, non funziona la ricerca alfabetica, non funziona il filtro mp3, etc.).

Per formattare una CompactFlash inseritela in un lettore di memory cards collegato/integrato al computer e usate l’apposita funzione di GRINTA-PC (il software in dot azione).

In alternativa usate le Compact Flash già formattate, controllate e garantite da M-Live.

• Memoria interna: memoria permanente, non modificabile, dotata di 124 canzoni. Funziona solo quando la Compact Flash non è inserita.

•Compact Flash: memorie elettroniche rimovibili e riscrivibili, in grado di contenere (a seconda della capacità in MegaByte) centinaia o persino migliaia di canzoni.

I due tipi di memoria restano sempre separati. Le basi della memoria interna possono essere trasferite al computer (e quindi alla Compact Flash) solo collegando GRINTA al computer via USB e usando GRINTA-PC. Le operazioni di memorizzazione e di cancellazione delle basi musicali in una Compact Flash si effettuano inserendo la Compact Flash in un lettore di memory cards e usando GRINTA-PC o trascinando le canzoni direttamente nella Compact Flash.

GRINTA è compatibile con i seguenti formati: MID e KAR in formato 0, MF3 e MF4, MP3 (con testo in formato M-Live). GRINTA esegue anche file MF5, sebbene limitatamente ai primi 16 canali.

Quando è disponibile un aggiornamento del sistema operativo di GRINTA:

•Collegate GRINTA via USB al computer connesso ad Internet.

•Usate l’apposita funzione del menu File di GRINTA-PC e seguite le istruzioni.

IMPORTANTE: attendete il completamento dell’operazione, senza spegnere o scollegare GRINTA e senza chiudere anticipatamente GRINTA-PC.

•Inserite la Compact Flash in un lettore di memory cards del computer (interno o collegato via USB).

•Per aggiungere le canzoni trascinatele direttamente dalle cartelle del computer alla finestra di GRINTA PC.

•Per cancellarle selezionatele e usate l’apposita funzione di GRINTA PC (icona X).

Per eseguire una canzone basta selezionarla col cursore (usando Dial) e premere PLA Y .

Le parole della canzone vengono sillabate e colorate in sincrono con la melodia. Le parti strumentali sono indicate con i simboli grafici  colorati “a tempo”.

In Menu Impostazioni Video potete scegliere tra due modalità di visualizzazione:

• SOLO TESTO: normalmente mostra solo il testo, ma passa temporaneamente in modalità TESTO+RICERCA durante le fasi di ricerca (Dial);

•TESTO+RICERCA:visualizza il testo sempre in modalità TESTO+RICERCA.

Connecting to the electrical mains

Before connecting the external power supply unit/adapter to the mains, make sure that the voltage is as specified (max. tolerance ±10%).

Connecting and switching on and off

Connections must always be made with devices switched off. Always switch the GRINTA on and off with the sound amplification system off.

Compact Flash

Compact Flash cards must only be inserted and removed with the device switched off, taking care to insert them the right way round; otherwise they may cause malfunctions or loss of data.

The GRINTA is compatible with the <CF> CompactFlashTM specifications and has been tested successfully with a very large number of cards produced by different manufacturers. However, M-Live declines all responsibility for any losses of data; it also declines all responsibility for malfunctions occurring with Compact Flash cards other than those sold under the M-Live brand.

Installing GRINTA-PC and connecting the GRINTA to the computer

Connect the GRINTA to the computer by USB has been installed first.

Protection and maintenance

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, intense heat sources, strong vibrations, especially damp or dusty environments, or rain, since they may cause malfunctions, deterioration and even electric shocks. Remove any dust with a soft, dry cloth or a brush: never use methylated spirits, acetone or any other solvents. No other form of maintenance is required.

CONNECTIONS ON REAR

AUDIO/VIDEO Connections

All the GRINTA’s main functions are displayed on the TV screen.

•Use the A V (Audio Video) cable supplied

to connect the GRINTA to the TV’s SCART connector (or AV connector).

•Switch on the TV and set it in AV mode.

Compact Flash cards formatted in M-Live standard. Other standards are compatible, but their performance is less satisfactory (e.g. only the files in the main directory are read, the titles are not always listed in alphabetical order, the alphabetical search does not work, the mp3 filter does not work, etc.).

T o format a CompactFlash card, insert it in a memory card reader connected to/incorporated in the computer and use the relevant function of GRINTA-PC (the software supplied).

Otherwise, use the ready-formatted Compact Flash cards tested and guaranteed by M-Live.

•Internal memory: non-modifiable permanent memory with 124 songs. Only works with no Compact Flash card inserted.

•Compact Flash: removable, rewritable electronic memory cards, capable of containing hundreds or even thousands of songs (depending on capacity in MegaBytes).

The two types of memory are always separate. The songs in the internal memory can only be transferred to the computer (and thus to the Compact Flash card) by connecting the GRINTA to the computer by USB and using GRINTA-PC. To save songs on or delete them from a Compact Flash card, insert the Compact Flash card in a memory card reader and use GRINTA-PC, or drag the songs straight into the Compact Flash memory.

The GRINTA is comp atible with the following formats: MID and KAR in format 0, MF3 and MF4, MP3 (with lyrics in M-Live format). The GRINTA is also able to play MF5 files, although on the first 16 channels only.

UPGRADING THE GRINTA FIRMWARE

ADDING SONGS TO THE COMPACT FLASH CARD

WARNING: when connecting the GRINTA to the computer by USB ensure GRINT A-PC

has been installed first. When an upgrade to the

GRINTA operating system is available:

•Connect the GRINTA by USB to a computer logged onto the Internet.

•Use the specific function in the GRINTA-PC File menu and follow the instructions.

IMPORTANT: wait until the operation has been completed before switching off or disconnecting the GRINTA or shutting down GRINTA-PC.

•Insert the Compact Flash card in the computer’s memory card reader (internal or connected by USB).

•To add songs drag them straight from the computer’s directories to the GRINT A PC window.

•To delete them select them and use the relevant GRINTA PC function (X icon).

Choose the Title

To play a song, simply select it with the cursor (using the Dial) and press PLAY.

The words of the song are shown syllable by syllable and coloured in sync with the melody . The instrumental parts are identified by the  graphic symbols, coloured “in time”.

The Video Settings Menu offers you a choice of two display modes:

• LYRICS ONLY: normally only shows the lyrics, but switches temporarily to LYRICS+SEARCH mode during searches (Dial);

• LYRICS+SEARCH: lyrics always displayed in LYRICS+SEARCH mode.

Compact Flash

GRINTA est compatible avec les spécifications <CF> CompactFlashTM et a été testé avec succès avec un très grand nombre de cartes produites par divers Fabricants. Toutefois, M-Live décline toute responsabilité en cas de pertes de données et de dysfonctionnements avec des Compact Flash non commercialisées avec la marque M-Live.

Protection et entretien

Eviter d’exposer l’appareil au rayonnement solaire direct, aux sources de chaleur intenses, aux fortes vibrations, aux milieux particulièrement humides ou poussiéreux, à la pluie qui peuvent provoquer des dysfonctionnements, des détériorations, voire des chocs électriques. Pour éliminer toute trace de poussière, utiliser un chiffon doux sec ou un pinceau : employer d’alcool, d’acétone ou de solvants. Aucun entretien supplément aire n’est nécessaire.

requiert l’emploi de Compact Flash formatées au standard M-Live. D’autres standards sont compatibles, mais ils offrent

des prestations inférieures (par ex. seuls les fichiers du répertoire principal sont lus, les titres ne sont pas énumérés par ordre alphabétique, la recherche alphabétique ne fonctionne pas, le filtre mp3 ne fonctionne pas, etc.).

Pour formater une CompactFlash, l’introduire dans un lecteur de cartes de mémoire connecté/intégré à l’ordinateur et utiliser la fonction de GRINTA-PC (le logiciel fourni en dotation).

Dans l’alternative, utiliser les Compact Flash déjà formatées, contrôlées et garanties par M-Live.

•Mémoire interne: mémoire permanente, non modifiable, contenant 124 chansons. Fonctionne uniquement lorsque la Compact Flash n’est pas introduite.

•Compact Flash: mémoires électroniques amovibles et réinscriptibles en mesure de contenir (selon la capacité en mégaoctets) des centaines, voire des milliers de chansons.

Les deux types de mémoire sont toujours séparés. Les bases de la mémoire interne peuvent être transférées sur l’ordinateur (et donc sur la Compact Flash) en branchant GRINTA à l’ordinateur par USB et en utilisant GRINTA-PC. Les opérations de mémorisation et d’effacement des bases musicales dans une Compact Flash se font en introduisant la Compact Flash dans un lecteur de cartes de mémoire et en utilisant GRINTA-PC ou en faisant glisser les chansons directement dans la Comp act Flash.

GRINTA est compatible avec les formats suivants: MID et KAR en format 0, MF3 et MF4, MP3 (avec texte en format M-Live). GRINTA exécute aussi des fichiers MF5, bien que de manière limitée aux 16 premiers canaux.

Pour exécuter une chanson, la sélectionner à l’aide du curseur (en utilisant Dial) et appuyer sur PLAY.

Conexión a la red de alimentación

Efectuar las conexiones siempre con los aparatos apagados. Encender y apagar GRINTA con el equipo de amplificación audio apagado.

Compact Flash

Introducir y extraer las Compact Flash sentido de introducción, ya que de lo contrario, pueden producirse un mal funcionamiento o una pérdida de datos.

GRINTA es compatible con las características <CF> CompactFlashTM y ha sido testado con resultado positivo con un amplísimo número de tarjetas realizadas por Fabricantes distintos. En todo caso, M-Live declina cualquier responsabilidad por las posibles pérdidas de datos; asimismo, declina cualquier responsabilidad por un mal funcionamiento con aquellas Compact Flash que sean distintas de las comercializadas con la marca M-Live.

Instalación de GRINTA-PC y conexión de GRINTA al ordenador

Conectar GRINT A al ordenador por USB GRINTA-PC.

Protección y mantenimiento

Evitar exposiciones prolongadas del aparato a los rayos solares directos, fuentes intensas de calor, fuertes vibraciones, ambientes especialmente húmedos o polvorientos y lluvia, ya que pueden causar un mal funcionamiento, deterioros o incluso shocks eléctricos. Para eliminar el posible depósito de polvo, utilizar un paño suave seco o un pincel: usar nunca alcohol, acetona o disolventes. No necesita mantenimientos adicionales.

MEMORIAS DE GRINTA & COMPATIBILIDAD

Para la gestión óptima de las canciones GRINTA requiere

ESPAÑOL

Compact Flash formateadas en estándar M-Live. Otros estándares son compatibles, pero ofrecen prestaciones inferiores (por ejemplo, se leen sólo los archivos de la directory principal, los títulos no están indicados en orden alfabético, no funciona la búsqueda alfabética, no funciona el filtro mp3, etc.).

Para formatear una CompactFlash introducirla en un lector de memory cards conectado/integrado al ordenador y usar la específica función de GRINTA-PC (el software suministrado de serie). O bien, usar las Compact Flash ya formateadas, controladas y garantizadas por M-Live.

•Memoria interna: memoria permanente, imposible de modificar, dotada de 124 canciones. Funciona sólo cuando la Compact Flash no está introducida.

•Compact Flash: tarjetas de memorias electrónicas extraíbles y rescribibles, que pueden contener (según la capacidad en MegaByte) más de cien o incluso mil canciones.

Los dos tipos de memoria permanecen siempre separados. Las bases de la memoria interna pueden ser transferidas al ordenador (y, consiguientemente, a la Compact Flash) sólo conectando GRINTA al ordenador por USB y usando GRINTA-PC. Las operaciones de memorización y de cancelación de las bases musicales en una Compact Flash se efectúan introduciendo la Compact Flash en un lector de tarjetas de memoria y usando GRINTA-PC o arrastrando las canciones direct amente hacia la Compact Flash.

GRINTA es compatible con los siguientes formatos: MID y KAR en formato 0, MF3 y MF4, y MP3 (con texto en formato M-Live). GRINTA ejecuta también archivos MF5, si bien sólo para los primeros 16 canales.

ATENCIÓN: conect ar GRINT A al PC por USB sólo después de haber inst alado GRINT A-PC.

Cuando esté disponible una actualización del sistema operativo de GRINTA:

•Conectar GRINTA por USB al ordenador conectado a Internet.

•Utilizar la específica función del menú Archivo de GRINTA-PC y seguir las instrucciones.

IMPORTANTE: esperar a que la operación quede completada, sin apagar o desconectar GRINTA y sin cerrar previamente GRINTA-PC.

•Introducir la Compact Flash en un lector de memory cards del ordenador (interno o conectado por USB).

•Para añadir las canciones, arrastrarlas directamente desde las carpetas del ordenador hasta la ventana de GRINTA PC.

•Para cancelarlas, seleccionarlas y usar la específica función de GRINTA PC (icono X).

Anschluss an das Stromnetz

Vor Anschluss des Netzteils/externen Adapters an das S tromnetz, vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung der angegebenen Spannung entspricht (max. Toleranz ±10%).

Anschlüsse, Ein-/Ausschalten

Anschlüsse immer nur bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät vornehmen. Schalten Sie GRINTA bei ausgeschalteter Verstärkeranlage ein bzw. aus.

Compact Flash

Die Compact Flash – Speicherkarten Einlegerichtung einlegen bzw. entfernen, da es andernfalls zu Betriebsstörungen bzw . Datenverlust kommen kann.

GRINTA ist mit allen speziellen <CF> CompactFlashTM – Speicherkarten kompatibel und wurde erfolgreich mit vielen Cards verschiedenster Herstellerfirmen getestet. Trotzdem haftet M-Live nicht für etwaige Datenverluste, sowie Betriebsstörungen durch Compact Flashs, die nicht mit dem M-Live – Markenzeichen versehen sind.

Installation von GRINTA-PC und Anschluss an den Computer

Schließen Sie GRINTA über USB erst den Computer an.

Schutz und Wartung

Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht langer Sonneneinstrahlung, starker Hitze, Erschütterungen, Regen aus und bewahren Sie es weder in feuchter bzw. staubiger Umgebung auf, da dadurch Betriebsstörungen, Schäden oder Kurzschlüsse verursacht werden können. Staub darf nur mit einem weichen, trockenen Reinigungstuch bzw . einem Pinsel entfernt werden. Es sind keine weiteren Wartungseingriffe notwendig.

ACHTUNG! Die Compact Flash - Speicherkarten nur bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät und in der richtigen Einlegerichtung (s. Abbildung) einlegen bzw. entfernen, da es andernfalls zu Betriebsstörungen bzw. Datenverlust kommen kann.

GRINTA - SPEICHER & KOMPATIBILITÄT

Für eine optimale Wiedergabe der GRINTA Songs muss eine

ANSCHLÜSSE FRONTSEITE

DEUTSCH

nach M-Live-Standard formatierte Compact Flash - Karte

verwendet werden. Andere S tandards sind zwar kompatibel, aber weniger leistungsfähig (es werden z.B. Dateien des Hauptverzeichnisses gelesen, die Titel aber nicht alphabetisch aufgelistet, weiters ist keine alphabetische Suche möglich, der MP3 – Filter funktioniert nicht, usw.) Eine Compact Flash – Karte wird mit einem an den Computer angeschlossenen bzw. in den Computer integrierten Speicherkarte – Reader und der entsprechenden GRINT A-PC – Funktion (mitgelieferte Software) formatiert. Es können auch bereits formatierte, kontrollierte und von M-Live geschützte Compact Flash – Speicherkarten verwendet werden.

•Interner Speicher: Dauerspeicher, nicht veränderbar, 124 Songs. Funktioniert nur, wenn die Compact Flash – Karte nicht eingelegt ist.

•Compact Flash: Entfernbarer und wiederbeschreibbarer elektronischer Speicher mit bis zu Hunderten bzw. sogar Tausenden Songs (je nach MB - Kapazität).

Die beiden Speicherarten werden immer separat eingesetzt. Die Basisdaten des internen Speichers können nur auf den Computer (und somit auf die Compact Flash Speicherkarte) übertragen werden, indem GRINT A über USB und mit GRINT A-PC an den Computer angeschlossen wird. Die Grundmelodie einer Compact Flash - Karte kann gespeichert und gelöscht werden, indem die Compact Flash in einen Speicherkarten – Reader eingelegt, GRINTA-PC gestartet bzw. die Songs direkt auf die Comp act Flash – Speicherkarte gezogen werden.

GRINTA ist mit folgenden Formaten kompatibel: MID und KAR in 0, MF3 und MF4, MP3 - Format (mit Text in M-Live - Format). GRINTA führt auch, allerdings nur in den ersten 16 Kanälen, MF5 – Dateien aus.

Software an den Computer an. Sobald eine Aktualisierung

•Schließen Sie GRINTA über USB an den mit Internet verbundenen Computer an.

•Folgen Sie mit der entsprechenden Funktion des Menüs GRINTA-PCDatei den entsprechenden Anweisungen.

WICHTIG: Warten Sie, bis der V organg abgeschlossen ist, ohne GRINT A auszuschalten bzw. zu unterbrechen und ohne vorzeitig GRINTA-PC zu schließen.

•Legen Sie die Compact Flash – Karte in einen über USB an den Computer angeschlossenen bzw. in den Computer integrierten Speicherkarten – Reader.

•Um Songs hinzuzufügen, ziehen Sie diese direkt aus den Ordnern des Computers in das GRINTA PC-Fenster.

•Um Songs zu löschen, markieren Sie diese und verwenden Sie die entsprechende GRINTA PC - Funktion (Symbol X).
