1. INTRODUCTION

Before the rst use, read this instruction manual carefully and keep
it for future use.
Specications are subject to change without prior notice. Due to
different software and different telephone communication service
providers, displayed material on the screen may differ from what’s
included in this manual.

4. BUTTONS:

• RD / BACK

In the off-hook mode, press this key to redial the last dialed number.
In on-hook mode, to dial number stored in incoming call log, pick
up the handset, press UP or DOWN button, and press RD / BACK
button when LCD displays desired number.

• RING / HOLD

In the on-hook mode, press RING / HOLD key, the phone LCD
will display RING 01-20, which means there are 20 selectable
ringing tones. Select your preferred ringing tone by pressing RING
/ HOLD. In the off-hook mode, press this key into hold mode and
the hold music is sent out and the receiver can hear nothing but the
music, to release the hold mode, you can do:
Picking up the HS again if you hang up, the music stops, and you

will go back to the conversation again. Press the HOLD key again,
the music stops and go back to the conversation again.

• FLASH / BRT

In the on-hook mode, press FLASH/BRT key, the LCD will display
LCD 1-5, which means there are 5 contrast levels.
During conversation, press the button and dial extension number
to transfer the call to another user, connected to the same PBX.
(If the function does not work properly, please check whether
telephone ash settings are compatible with PBX settings. If no,
adjust ash settings in telephone’s Menu.

• OUT
In any mode, press OUT key to check the outgoing numbers log.

• VOL

In on-hook, press VOL key to adjust ring volume. There are 3 levels
of volume for selection. LCD display RINGVOL and corresponding
number. Press VOL again to select desired level.

• DEL

Press DEL key to delete the displayed number in Call log. Press
and hold the button to erase all the number in call logs.

• SET / STORE / ÷

Press the button to enter and modify telephone’s settings.

• Press the button to activate handsfree mode.

• PAUSE / VIP

While on-hook, review the desired incoming or outgoing number:
Press PAUSE/VIP key to set the number as VIP number. Press
PAUSE/VIP key again to change the number’s status to ordinary.
The number set as VIP can not be deleted. To delete all the
numbers press and hold DEL key for 3 sec. All numbers will be
deleted, including the VIP numbers.
