A 40-storeyed hotel and residential development

called Tower No.1. The striking feature about this

building is its unique shape – an inverted Y. The

project has made extensive use of MKs international

Chroma range of products and also has MKs Floor

Distinction Systems and Fire Detection and Alarm

Systems.

For MK Electric Ltd, Tower No.1 occupies pride of

Khatib & Alami are the project Architects and

Consultants and Design Division has been appointed

by the client as the Interior Designer for the hotel and
