Installation Instructions

For replacement of parts 1 through 8

1. Remove the two Manifold Screws (7)

2. Remove the Manifold (6) from the Pump Body

3. With your thumb, push the Piston Assembly (3) into the
Pump Body cylinder. This will compress the Piston Spring
(2) and cause the Piston Rod to extend from the back of the
Pump Body assembly

4. With the Piston Rod extended, remove the Pump Handle
(1)

5. Remove the Piston Assembly (3) from the Pump Body cylin­der

6. Clean and lightly lubricate* the inside of the Pump Body
cylinder

7. Install and lightly lubricate the new Piston Seal (4) onto the
new Piston Assembly (3)

8. Assemble new Piston Spring (2) onto new Piston Assembly
(3) and install into Pump Body cylinder

9. With your thumb, push the Piston Assembly (3) into the
Pump Body cylinder. This will compress the Piston Spring
(2) and cause the Piston Rod to extend from the back of
the Pump Body assembly

10. Assemble the pump handle (1) onto the Piston Rod end

11. Install the new O-ring (5) onto the new Manifold (6)

12. Install new Manifold (6) onto the Pump Body using the new
Valve Housing Screws (7)

13. Install new Schrader Valve (8) into the new Manifold (6)
using the Schrader Valve Tool (14)

14. Remove the Lever Pin Retaining Ring (10), Lever Pin (11),
and Lever (9) from the old Manifold (6) and install onto the
new Manifold

* Lubricate with Silicone oil.
