Assembly Instructions

Kit Includes:

1 ea. Rear “H” frame
1 ea. Front frame
1 ea. Top tray
1 ea. Bottom tray
20 ea. 5/16-18 x 1” Bolts
28 ea. 5/16” Lock washers

1. Un-package the contents and verify that nothing is damaged or missing.

2. Lay the “H” Frame down like shown below. Attach the lower and upper trays using the 3” long bolts. Be sure to put a

3/8” flat washer on both the top & bottom of the bolt. Slip a lock washer on each bolt and then thread a nut on by
hand. DO NOT TIGHTEN NUTS YET!

3. Attach the front frame to the top and bottom tray using the same procedure as before. Once all bolts, washers & nuts

are started tighten them down.

4. Install the casters using the 1” long bolts, lock washer and nut. The swivel caster go on the “H” frame, this is the back

of the stand. This will give you the most stability when using your machine. Attach the rigid caster to the front front
frame using the 1” long bolts, lock washers and nuts. Be sure to install the bolts from the caster side on the swivel
casters.

5. Turn stand over and set on the casters. Double check that all nuts are tight. Carefully set the English Wheel Machine

on the stand and line up the holes in the mounting feet with the holes in the upper tray. Use 4 of the 1” long bolts with
flat washers on them and slip into the holes. Put a flat washer, lock washer and nut on the bottom of the bolts. Once
all the bolts are installed tighten them.
