Mitsubishi Electric Offers
Three Important Advantages
In today’s competitive environment, simply meeting industry standards, however
stringent, is not enough. Our aim is to exceed them. That’s why when it comes to
comfort, efficiency and durability: Mitsubishi Electric offers you a distinctive advantage.
We call it MEQ — Mitsubishi Electric Quality. And it's a new benchmark that results
in leading edge products, such as air conditioners that consume minimal power and
protect your investment with a long operational lifespan. You can also enjoy superb
reliability, as they’re built to endure the punishment of extreme weather conditions
year in and year out.
True Comfort is Yours to
Enjoy with Our Line-up
We create products designed to ensure that you and your surrounding will always be in a perfect harmony. Whichever model from our Mr. SLIM line-up you may choose for commercial use in restaurants, stores, or offices will be your guarantee of exceptional comfort in every and all operating condition.
Comfort
Optimum Cost Performance
and Energy Savings
MEQ results in air conditioners that are rated among the best in the industry in terms of quality and energy efficiency. We strive for a perfect balance of performance, reliability, low power consumption and long operational life span. This is complemented by continuous introduction of new technologies and components that further reduce energy requirements and improve eco-friendliness.
Efficiency
Rugged Construction, Rigorous Testing, Long-lasting Operation
MEQ is behind a mindset that goes to extremes to ensure higher quality products that protect the initial investment over years of reliable service. We subject our indoor and outdoor units to rigorous durability testing, including harsher temperature extremes than likely found anywhere in the world.
Durability

High performance, low power consumption,
and excellent reliability.

Weekly Timer
The function of the weekly timer equipped can change the set temperature in addition to the ON/OFF control. Up to 8 patterns can be set for each calendar day.
Whatever your requirements may be, Mitsubishi Electric offers advanced split-type heat pumps perfect for any interior, any need. Significantly decreased noise levels enhance comfort while a long list of convenient features allow for easy installation and far less maintenance. A variety of system control configurations plus twin multi operation — where multiple indoor units can be connected to a single outdoor unit — make our units the first choice for the diverse applications of today.

Design uniformity improves installation flexibility
From the smallest 3HP unit to the largest 6HP model, the new highpower ceiling cassettes offer a uniformly square 950 x 950mm width and depth design. Thanks to the uniformity of the panel size, planning for unit positioning in any room is enhanced and the installation of different capacity models within the same floor space is made possible.
Unit height of only 258mm [PLH-3]
The new high-power ceiling cassette models boast slim body height for smooth and aesthetic installation even in limited ceiling plenum applications.

Automatic vane shutter
When the air conditioner is not operating, the vane shutter* closes automatically to conceal the air outlet and create an aesthetically appealing flat surface.
* This feature will not activate when the vane is set at fixed position.
Wide-flow air outlet
The new high-power ceiling cassettes offer a wide-flow air outlet that enables effective air conditioning of atrium-type ceilings up to 4.2 meters in height. The demands of highceiling applications such as halls, showrooms or shopping malls can now be fully answered thanks to this powerful yet highly efficient airflow.

Auto-flap shutter
When the unit is turned off, the shutter closes automatically over the air outlet to enhance the stylish design. The shutter also functions as a flap to adjust airflow angle to ensure that comforting air reaches every corner of the room.
Enhanced noise suppression
Low-noise operation has been achieved through the introduction of a “near-silent” fan and a design which minimises airflow resistance.
Multi-directional piping
To reduce installation time, drain piping can be connected from left and right. Refrigerant piping can also be connected from the rear, left, right and base of the unit.
Easy removable filter
Convenient thumbscrews on the filters enable the filters to be quickly removed for easier cleaning.
Back plate installation guide
To save time and effort, the back plate installation guide provides clear instructions on installation positions. The enlarged back plate secures the unit firmly to the wall, while the support piece which lifts the unit makes the left-side piping work much easier.
Drain lift-up mechanism (optional)
For greater installation flexibility, the drain water pipe lift-up mechanism has been raised 800mm from the base of the unit.

Extra slim, extra stylish
Sleek and slim with stylishly curved lines, the PCH-GAK Series blends right into any interior. It also features a single air outlet with an auto vane that closes like a shutter when the unit is turned off to enhance overall appearance.
Innovative auto vane system
The auto vane system swings up and down automatically to distribute air more evenly throughout the room.
Quiet and comfortable
Smoother airflow, an improved air vent design, and a slimmer fan combine to provide exceptionally quiet operation — a mere 43dB on high and 37dB on low (PCH-3GAK).
New direct suspension system
For easier installation, the PCH-GAK Series features a new direct suspension system that makes it unnecessary to remove nuts and bolts from the main body. A one-touch suspension system is also available.
Piping flexibility simplifies installation
All piping, including those related to drainage, can be connected from the right, rear and top of the unit. This provides greater flexibility in selecting piping layout and installation locations.
Flockless vanes
With the adoption of new flockless vanes, dirt and other impurities can be cleaned off easily with mild household detergent.
Fan phase control plus microprocessor control allow airflow settings to match ceiling height.
Drain water lift-up mechanism can be pre-installed (optional).

Limitless installation possibilities
Offering all the benefits of split-type models plus other important advantages, the PEH-EAK Series is not only easy to install but also very versatile. For example, the distance between the air-intake and air-outlet vents can be varied to allow airflow to be positioned in the optimum location.
Computerized dehumidification
The computerized dehumidifier mode — where fan speed is controlled precisely — increases dehumidification volume while improving dehumidifying efficiency.

When used in rooms with high ceilings, it is recommended that a ceiling fan or circulator be installed to improve air circulation and temperature variations within the room.
The remote-control circuits under microprocessor control remain on at all times whether the air conditioner is or is not in operation. For more economical operation, it is recommended that the main power switch be turned off when the air conditioner(s) is not used for long periods.
Avoid using air conditioning units in areas where they are exposed to oil or oily smoke (cooking areas or machine shops). Oil which adheres to the heat exchangers will cause reduced efficiency, generate mist and may damage plastic components.
Avoid exposure to high-frequency waves as this may cause the microprocessor to malfunction.
Rated noise levels were derived from tests in an anechoic test room. Noise levels may therefore be greater depending on the surroundings, application, and/or manner of installation.
Avoid using air conditioners in rooms with high humidity because excessive condensation will occur as the air cools.
To avoid fire hazards, do not use air conditioners in areas where inflammable gases are present.
Odours for buildings, cosmetics, perspiration, cigarette smoke, etc., may accumulate in the heat exchanger and emanate from the air conditioner. This is not indicative of mechanical trouble.
