DESCRIPTION

The M37754M6C-XXXGP and M37754M6C-XXXHP are single-chip microcomputers designed with high-performance CMOS silicon gate technology. This is housed in a 100-pin plastic molded QFP. This microcomputer has a CPU and a bus interface unit. The CPU is a 16-bit parallel processor that can also be switched to perform 8-bit parallel processing, and the bus interface unit enhances the memory access efficiency to execute instructions fast. In addition to the 7700 Family basic instructions, the M37754M6C­XXXGP and M37754M6C-XXXHP has 6 special instructions which contain instructions for signed multiplication/division; these added in­structions improve the servo arithmetic performance to control hard disk drives and so on. This microcomputer also include the ROM, RAM, multiple-function timers, motor control function, serial I/O, A-D converter, D-A con­verter, and so on.
