The Mitel (Aastra) 6869i is a 12 line HD voice VoIP phone in the Aastra 6800 series of powerful
and modern phones. The 6869i features many advanced telephony features including a large
4.3” color display, 12 programmable soft keys and an optional detachable magnetic full
QWERTY keyboard.

Mitel (Aastra) 6869i 12 Line VoIP Phone Overview
The Aastra 6869i SIP phone offers remarkable HD audio with an enhanced speakerphone and
dual microphones, utilizing Aastra's advanced audio processing Hi-Q audio technology design to
enhance call clarity. The 6869i offers a superior voice experience regardless of handset,
speakerphone or headset port choice of communication, making conversations crystal clear and
life-like. The 6869i features DHSG/EHS and 4-pin headset connection support to cut out the need
for adaptors or extra cables.
The large high resolution 480 x 270 pixel color backlit LCD display delivers a rich visual
presentation on the Aastra 6869i interface. The ICON based navigation menus and intuitive user
interface makes the 6869i instinctively easy to use and helps maximize productivity. The fully
customizable hard key layout plus the optional addition of up to 3 expansion modules makes the
Aastra 6869i an attractive option for any front desk of a medium to large organization.
