Missyee has gone to every effort to ensure that your product is of superior quality and meets the highest standards for convenience comfort and durability. It is your responsibility to read and always follow the safety, care and maintenance instructions for your new product. Always instruct and supervise others on the proper use, maintenance and safety of your stage lights.
If for any reason your Missyee lamp series product is not working properly you will be entitled to a full repair in accordance with th e warranty.
However, please note that you will be asked to return your product with your proof of purchase for testing and if a fault cannot be found you will be charged a service fee.

Th e D MX a d d r e ss c a n be s e t remo t e l y by a univers a l D M X cont rolle r. First , you nee d to prog ram two s cen es i nto a c ha se, and th en link t he ligh ts to the u niver sal D MX cont roll er. W hen you run the chase, the lights in the chain will set the series DMX addr ess aut omati cally. Eac h light ing fixt ure n eeds to ha v e a n addr ess set w hen in DM X mode, t o rec eive th e data sent by the cont rolle r. Th e addre ss numb er is bet wee n 0- 511(us ually 0 &1 are eq ual to 1) .

TROUBLESHOOTING
Here are some tro ubl esh oot ing s uggestions:
a. The re is no li ght out put, or t he ligh ts does n ot work .
(1). C heck th e conne ction o f power a nd main f use . (2). M easur e the vol tage ou tput on y our pow er re ce pta cl e to ensu re prop er volt age.
b. Lig hts doe s not res pond to D MX cont rol.
(1). D MX LED sh ould be o n. If not , check D MX conn ector s and cabl es for pr oper co nnect ion. (2). I f DMX LED i s on but no t respo nding t o a chann el, che ck th e DMX ad dress s ettin gs and DM X polar ity. (3). If you have interm ittent DMX signal problems, check the pins on the c able co nnect ors and o n the lig hts. (4). Tr y to use a di ff erent D MX cont rolle r. (5). Interferen ce may occur if DMX cables are run alon gside high volt age cab les.
c. Lig hts res ponds e rrati cally t o DMX con trol.
(1). You may have a break in the DMX ca bling. Check the LE D for the re spons e of the ma ster/ slave m ode sig nal. (2). Wro ng DMX ad dress i n the lig hts. Se t the lig ht to the p rop er addr ess. (3). U se of mic ropho ne cabl es for DM X conne cti on s can c au se erro rs.
d. The l ight do esn’t r espon d to soun d.
(1). M ake sur e the lig ht is not s et to rec eive a DM X signa l. (2). C heck th e light ’s i ntern al micr oph on e by ta pp ing t he micr ophon e.
